The UPS Store

These folks get busy, real busy... however they are always polite and seem to work as fast as possible with the customers that are at hand. It's definitely better than going to UPS itself @ 10 Main St, La Marque, TX 77568. There you have one person and one person only.

I have always been treated well by the staff at this location. They are all very professional, fast and patient even at days end. They are all well trained in every aspect of their job. The only complaint is the store is to small for the tremendous amount of business they do and the line is usually long even though they work as fast as possible.

They move the line here. And the dude with the mega beard is cool and helpful.

The employees are always very positive and polite even when the costumers are being impatient and not so nice.

Went in to return some Amazon packages on a normal day. An older woman fainted in the store and the employees there came to her aid to help her up. The guy that works there with the beard was so respectful and caring. He offered her a seat, a water, and suggested she reach out to a family member or friend before she left the store. He didn’t want her to leave feeling unwell so said she could stay for as long as she needed. He went above and beyond to help her out and I hope he gets some recognition for being so kind.

I come to this store about every 10 days or so to return Amazon purchases. Wendy and Gabby has always treated and greeted me with smiles. They are so patient with me because at times I don't have all the items organized with the return labels but still they are friendly. So kudos! to them. Big thumbs up!

Have always had great service at this location. HOWEVER, JORDAN, UPS #7035, WAS ALL ALONE ONE AFTERNOON WITH DIFFICULT PATRONS, ME INCLUDED, AND SHE WAS THE EPITOME OF A VALUED EMPLOYEE-NO RUSH, CALM, INFORMATIVE AND PLEASANT THROUGHOUT.
