This store is amazing! Such friendly and helpful customer service from Bill! He was very informative about my footwear and helped me find the perfect shoe that supports me best! Will definitely be coming back!

Had a pair I was not happy with. Ends up size was incorrect for my foot. Greg was awesome, Took his time and went through everything to make sure that the fit was perfect. Ended up going actually a size shorter, but a size wider. Definitely recommend going there and seeing Greg.

Came in for shoes and Bill's expertise impressed us so much bought a pair for my wife as well. Great Job!

Love this store and it's expert staff! I have been running for decades and always struggled to figure out good shoes. The store staff measured my feet, listened to my needs, and gave me great options with specific details on each shoe. My feet are so happy! I will be returning.

have been buying my shoes at this store for several years. always the best selection at a good price for the type of sneakers that I need. will go nowhere else unless it is absolutely necessary. suggest you give it a try.

We rushed to this store this evening, they close at 1800 and we live ~20 away. We had about 10 minutes to get shoes for our 7yo who has wonky feet.
The lady working took the time to do the 3D imaging and help us find the right shoes for our kiddo, and happened to have the perfect size for him.
Thank you so so much for taking care of us. I know last minute customers can cause stress for everyone, but you were amazing!

I’ve never personally been too keen on this brand…until recently?! In my humble opinion, they’ve always been viewed as “older persons“ footwear. These NB kicks are solid! Picked up a pair about a month ago and absolutely love them! Super comfy and stylish. Try ‘em out for yourself and take in the compliments!

Probably the most New Balance models you will find in one place. Their shoes are a little more geared for people with foot problems, wide feet, and that need extra support but there is a lot of good running shoes for everyone.

Great local owned store. The lady was really helpful, getting me a bunch of different options that would fit my needs even cheaper and stuff on clearance. Found the perfect pair in 1080V11 in my size, which as someone with size 14 feet isn't easy at all most times(we have these in a 12. Wow do I chop my toes off to fit them?). Got a discount for signing up for a mailing list so the price was even better than anywhere.

Great experience! First time into a New Balance store. They have a great selection of shoes. The store is clean, and well laid out. Nancy helped me find a pair of shoes, and took the time to make sure they fit properly. She is very knowledgeable, and the suggestions she gave made huge difference in fit, and comfort!

I don't know about others experiences. Our experience at this store has been great! They fit my kids with wider feet into the perfect shoes for school. When my mother bought some and they gave her problems they helped her identify what might be the problem AND allowed her to return the shoes. Everyone we've worked with was polite and patient in trying on different sizes and types of shoes as well.

Visited this store today as I really needed to change the style of shoe I was wearing. The staff was patient and listened to my needs and were very knowledgeable about getting me in the right style of shoe that I needed. Turns out I was wearing the wrong size shoe and needed one with a wider width. I was so thrilled with the pair that I tried on that I wore them out of the store. I will definitely be bringing my family back there for our future shoe needs.

Great employees who care about you. Tyler helped me picked out the better shoe when I thought I needed the 1080 and got the 840 v4 instead. Love these shoes and will retire my Adidas'. Love the low cut compression socks too! Thanks Tyler!

I had ordered a pair of shoes online, but realized that I would need them sooner than they would arrive. So I went in person to get a second pair.
Jason was so helpful!!
He helped me figure out the right style for my foot's comfort, but we figured out that I needed a half size larger than what I ordered.
I bought the first pair there, and he was going to order me a second pair in a different color to exchange when my online shoes arrived.
When he found out that he couldn't order them because they are discontinuing the style, he called other stores to see if the still had my size in stock. They didn't.
But he said to still come in with the online shoes and exchange them with something else.
I think that was above and beyond GREAT customer service!!

I went in to get some shoes that would be comfortable for standing all day. Austin was quick to greet me as I walked in and was incredibly kind and helpful. He measured my feet, pulled out plenty of options, and talked me through why each would work best for my needs. It was excellent customer service and I'll definitely be back.

I absolutely love the service at this location. Jason is my favorite sales representative and will go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need!
