AT&T Store

Was greeted right when I walked in. Store associates listened to my issue, made helpful suggestions, and reassured me my issues would be resolved. After going over a few options - they took care it and I was in and out in 20 minutes! Friendly and knowledgeable staff too. Very good service. My new go to AT&T store!

Justin was very friendly and helpful. Spent around 3-4 hours on helping my husband and I on upgrading to new phones and getting us the best possible deals. He was very patient with us and we left with full understanding of our phone service and plans we have with AT&T. Justin was a very professional and pleasant young man and was so much help with our transaction.

I couldn't get the online order process complete, so after 12 hours I go into this AT&T Store. I was greeted by a young lady named Terra W.
To say that Terra W was polite and helpful would not be fair. This young lady Terra W was phenomenal. She spent about 90 minutes helping me. It was then I realized how knowledgeable she was. She was patient, kind , polite and professional all at the same time. I'm a business owner and I'm out talking with people all day every day. Without a doubt Terra W has to be one in ten million. AT&T is extremely fortunate to have this young lady as an employee. Terra W deserves a raise , a promotion and an extra weeks vacation . I've never had a better experience in my life. She was that good. I would recommend this store to anybody who asks. I really want to offer Terra W a job. Excellent customer service

My husband's data plan for his iPad was being discontinued. We needed help so we could continue with the service we were used to. Stephanie, at this location, helped us with a new plan and service. She was very helpful and we were all set up when we left the store. She was smiling and friendly. We appreciated her excellent service!

If I could give 100000+ stars I would! Starting with the cleanliness of this store 10/10!! Walked in and greeted beautifully by Stephanie Landeros. Didn’t want to go into the store because I have 3 kids and it was more convenient speaking over the phone but Stephanie was super understanding and sweet to my babies. She was very efficient and was able to get me exactly what I needed done without having to spend HOURS on the phone or in store. This is definitely my go to store now and hope I get Stephanie every time!! I know my children definitely won’t mind AT&T trips 😊

Ya-ya was amazing. He helped us resolve our switch from Verizon to AT&T in literally less than 15 minutes. He was super helpful and friendly. Definitely a better experience than my wife and I ever received at Verizon. Quick service with a friendly smile definitely made an irritating situation come to a pleasant resolution.

I purchased a new phone yesterday, and Selena was so friendly and helpful. She was patient while I decided between models, and she even put the screen protector and case on it for me so I didn’t have to worry about taking it out of the store unprotected. She was very knowledgeable about the different products and helped me make the best choices for me. She went above and beyond. Her customer service skills are fantastic! Everyone in the store was very nice and friendly, too. It was the best experience I’ve had in any cellular store, hands down.

Honestly BEST costumer service ever!
Previous times I would hate to go into the store for any type of issue. I went today and absolutely amazing. As long as the process was, the representatives helped me and went above and beyond when the situation was long and difficult and an absolute mess. Strongly recommend coming into the store and they’re patient and kind and really easy going. Thank you once again for the miracle you guys pulled off

I will definitely go back to this store! Josh, the customer service rep that helped me, was one in a million. He helped me transfer service to a different device and was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. He also showed great patience in answering my questions and was extremely professional. He was supported by Tyrell, the manager, who was welcoming, funny and had an abundance of knowledge that greatly helped my situation. It was a pleasure to do business with both of these individuals, and I left with a smile on my face after we had all shared a quite a few laughs!

Had a really great experience at the store. I was working with Sev who was more then helpful and very nice. Didn't know much about the plans but he was able to educate me on what plan is best for me and now I'm spending less per month on my phone bill than with Verizon. Highly recommend you ask for Sev when you walk in!

Went into the store today. We were greeted by Sev. He was extremely knowledgeable and made getting service sweet and smooth. He was completely upfront with what was due and what was going to be on our bill. I’ve gone to other companies and AT&T won the challenge. And again thank you Sev for your 5 star customer Service.
