Convenient store for passengers.

I try to keep my reviews positive, as it’s usually easy to find a bright spot to review but some places require this review. An older grey haired employee was nasty nasty when the self scan machine didn’t scan the water bottle like any other machine. I’m assuming this was the same lady (Rainy) the previous bad review is about. WHY why does anyone keep these hateful people employed? After this post, I read the other bad reviews. Shame on me for not researching this before I shopped.

Literally just 2 MINUTES walking into the store then waiting in line and the cashier lady started arguing with customers! Some customers were just trying to explain a small line confusion and the cashier just got exasperated and sent some of us to self pay. Guess what? Self-pay scanner is broken. Then when returning to the regular line again, the same cashier started arguing with the other. Another customer had to tell her to settle down and finish their conversations after the customers were gone. I just left my items back on the shelves and left; didn't want to buy anything after seeing that whole scene. Very unprofessional.

Rudest lady (Diana Cathy) behind the register today! Telling people to use self checkout because she didn't want to ring people up, she'd rather have conversation with customers about tv shows from last night! You work at an airport where people are on the move, in a rush! I have a disability and can't use self checkout, you better hope I don't sue you! Rude lady! Disgusting!

First time visiting airport and store. Wanted to purchase a travel pillow at self checkout when I heard a yell across the store “That won’t scan that!” I responded that it was working and the store staff, Rainy, proceeded to yell at me “That’s only for snacks! You’re screwing up my machine because that’s only for snacks!” The store employee “Rainy” was so rude and disrespectful that I simply told her I did not appreciate her rudeness and I left the store. Rainy does not belong in any type of customer service position as she doesn’t know how to treat customers professionally and equally.

Retail worker practically asleep at the cash register!! Obviously, hung over. Made a mistake by overcharging me and when I pointed it out he SCREAMED AT ME to go catch my plane!! I left with receipt in hand knowing I could reach out to parent company for resolution. Right???

I think the prices at the register don't match the sign.

What a scam

This place is awful, no joke ….$17 for a tiny terrible turkey sandwich, no prices marked, terrible staff, the worst

Prices are INSANE!! Inflight snacks and drinks are actually cheaper than this here!

Not sure if this is right, but $9 for a water bottle!!?
