Fry's

I just moved to Phoenix, I came from an area that had Kroger (same as Fry’s). It was clean, easy to find items, great prices & deals. The few items i couldn’t find, i got on the app & searched for it, the app gave me aisle # so i could easily find it. I absolutely recommend Fry’s.

One of the best Frys around! Clean, never crazy busy, stocked shelves, polite staff, sale items always stocked, plenty of cashiers. Love it.

Some items are cheaper than Walmart or other grocery stores, some are more expensive. There are NO self checkouts, which is good!! Cashiers are friendly!! Store is clean!!

Very pleased with this store it was my first time I stopped in to buy fruit and water the store was clean, spacious, and great customer service plus it have a Starbucks inside.. I will come back👍😊

My husband and I usually shop at this fries multiple times a month we have always had good experiences with their friendly staff. But this evening was a bit more exceptional Paul went above and beyond to help us even when it was on his break. Our cashier Diane or Diana was absolutely wonderful and she said she was new. We always have great experiences at this fries but tonight was exceptional!!

Better prices throughout the whole store than Walmart. It's a smaller space so I don't have to walk a mile to get from dog food to milk! Better in all aspects!

I went on 1/20 at 7p. The friendliest shopping experience I’ve ever had. Welcomes, asks for help and thank yous! Hope this can get to their managers

Kevin in the deli is amazing! Best service ever!! Huge friendly smile and great attitude, very friendly. Said " it was a pleasure serving you". Superb. And the check out was great too, even though it was busy. Dean opened up some more lines and sped up the check out. Very satisfied and will continue shopping here!! :)

Kudos to cashier Dave and Bagger Brandon for this morning rush. They sure did get the long line down quick before other registers opened after. It's really a great store and great staff but sometimes the job does need to get done. Thanks for their efforts!

This is a large Fry's store, though it's not a "Fry's Marketplace". By that I mean that it has a larger inventory than the normal Fry's Grocery Store, and that inventory has a larger variety of brands for each item than usual. However, it doesn't have clothing or lawn furniture like the Fry's "Supermarkets" do. So if you need the kind of things you'd normally go to Fry's Grocery Store for, then you'll find it here, and there should be a larger selection of that type of item.

So easy to shop here. Friendly employees, logical floor plan, great prices. Best of all, current wine sale = 30% off! And ...the first Wednesday of each calendar month, seniors receive 10% discount on all items. I saved over $100 today. Love shopping at Fry's.

I love Fry's! They always having amazing prices, and even better sales!! Especially if you have a Club card! The cashiers here are very helpful, and friendly. And extremely respectful and cautious of covid-19 protocols during this uneasy time

Wow! I always come here and have a fine time shopping for my groceries. Today however was different. I had quite a few items so I went through the cashier lines and met Jacque! Wow was I amazed at the customer service and personalization she has! 10 out-of- 10

I coupon here alot and the staff is amazing at helping me out when needed. I never had an issue with a cashier or managers. They have always talked to me with respect, carts are always stocked and even when items are out of stock, if allowed I get rainchecks. For a couponer, customer service is kind of a big deal to us. And the baggers always offer to help me to my car. :)

I always enjoy going to this Grocery store. The store is clean and there is rarely ever a long line at the regular check out of self check out counters. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful. One additional thing I like about this grocery store is the great produce section which has great variety and also fruits and veggies that last.

I had an amazing experience shopping here. On the way back to my hotel, there was an unfortunate accident and it wasnt the baggers fault but I should have been more careful. I went back to the store and both the checker and manager couldnt have been more friendly. They didnt have to but they replaced what spilled. I will absolutely continue to shop here. Thanks so much!
