Miranda helped me with getting my Western Union out she was working just in the service and was awesome.I went to two other places and nobody was able to help me give me straight answers she was able to immediately Miranda great customer service

So I bought cigarettes from here and I thought the change machine didn’t give me the change. I talked to the front and assistant manager and he wasn’t very helpful. He told me that they get back to me in 24 hours so then I requested store manager Raul and then he was very helpful. He was on it right away. He went to the back. Check the cameras to assist me and unfortunately I had got my change and I just misplaced it. I was very thankful because he was very helpful right away and he didn’t just sluff me off like the other manager had even earlier he went above and beyond and went to the back to look for a grocery store item for me. I think he deserves a raise because most of the time when you go to these stores, the staff aren’t very helpful however, he seems to take his job seriously and treat every single customer with respect and give them the upmost attention so thank you so much Raul.

Always a pleasure shopping at Fry’s. They have great selection of products and fresh produce.

Great place to get just about anything. Most people choose to do self check out, but I recommend human contact if you want a good experience. Always a pleasure.

Great frys with the best deals I always rock at this spot

My grandpa is a regular here and everyone is always so helpful to him especially Vanessa at the self checkout in the daytime. He said she helps him every time and always goes out of her way to make sure he can figure it out since he has broken English and struggles with technology sometimes.

LOVED Miranda! I was having such a miserable week and it is only Tuesday - the woman stopped everything and complimented my shirt and managed to make me smile with some small talk. The littlest things go a long way and I appreciated it so much ♥ Groovy pink hair too 😉

Had a bad experience at a different location but Claudia helped me with my issue no questions asked. She was extremely helpful and very friendly. I always shop at this location because the staff are friendly and helpful.

5 Stars Seriously Their Bakery Is Always On Time And Always Efficient They are Accommodating and if I cant count on any other Locations you can seriously count on this one I litterly was to busy to order my baby a bday cake i called them the day of they went above and beyond to make it happen after being turned away by my neighborhood stores It was no question for them to get the job done I will travel always in the future to this store and never order from anyone else!! the entire location is very friendly I have never had a bad experience with this Frys period they are really nice and alot smiles when you walk in this store Thank you for your Servitude

Chris works the self checkout. He makes you feel at home. I was blown away by the service. Other locations don't even grunt at you.

I have been going to the Fry's pharmacy for years Paul has been there the whole time, he is always always happy and so helpful trying to find cards to help lower the cost of the medications and he understands that times are tough and actually cares about his customers. I believe that he is the best asset in your entire store if not the whole company, I will keep my business with them for as long as he is with you and I hope that is for years to come. Thank you Paul all your customers love you and appreciate you for being you.

Joseph the manager is by far the best one there. Great guy 100%. If you have an issue he is the man... Always not far away when he is needed. As far as one of the other managers there. I cant remember his name. It starts with a B. Well that man is rude. His rating is 0 stars.

I've been going to this Fry's for 8 yrs and it's always been alright. 2 days ago, i went and Dora was the sweetest cashier ever and super helpful. She really brightened my day and made me smile. You don't find people like her often.

I recently just ordered my son's birthday cake from the Fry's on 83rd Ave & Indian school and I loved it!!! I showed the cake decorator Rebeca what I wanted and she did it perfectly. I was not disappointed! She took a picture and brought my vision to life with the cake! Definitely will be getting my cakes here in the future

This store is a little run down but I always have a great customer experience. Every time I visit employees are always saying hello or good morning and ask if I need help with anything. And they always have items I need in Stock. Best part is I usually never have to wait in long lines.

I've been shopping here on a weekly basis for the past 3 yrs. As with any store you're going to have a few bad apples when it comes to customer service but I've had far more pleasant experiences with this store than bad ones. Just today the man collecting the carts offered to help put my groceries in my trunk which I'm very grateful for because it's 110° out and I have my 2yr old with me.

But what I will always remember is when my son was sick and actually threw up in the store, this smaller older woman who I always see walking around cleaning up the store came up to me and helped me clean him up. She even came into the bathroom and helped me wipe down his stroller. I was so thankful because I was already stressed and embarrassed because of the mess my son made but she was kind and went out of her way to help me. Maybe she was just doing her job but it's because of employees like her that I'll keep coming back.

Fry's never disappoints, I always get good service, things I want and good deals. Go there with 4 things on my list come out with 10. I recommend this store to everyone. And the clothes at the marketplace are soo cute!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by a young lady with initials E. J. She was excellent, knowledgeable, quick and above all courteous. She is a outstanding Fry's employee. You need more like her working at all your Frys stores.

I love my Fry's , it is aways clean , neat all the staff is friendly and will ask if you need help finding anything when they see you walking around the store.
Bathrooms are clean , deli is good and the workers in the deli area are So friendly ...
