Gift Tech is a Great store. The owner Jeff and his employees have excellent customer service and are always very helpful. They are all very nice and very knowledgeable with their products. The store is highly recommended.

Highly recommend GiftTech! I'm a new and very inexperienced rc enthusiast. I heard some good things about this place, so I went in on Thursday to get my first rc drift car. Was helped by a younger guy who helped me pick the right rc car for my needs after explaining to him what my plans of use are. He was terrific and really helped me find the right rc car for me, and explained what possibilities I had for upgrades in the future. Went back the next day to get a new body, lights, wheels, and battery. They had a lot of great options when it came to parts. The owner, Jeff, really took his time with me and explained so much to me and answered all my questions (I had a lot lol). But Jeff was really a very knowledgeable guy and had no problem helping a very needy customer(me). I can't express enough how much I appreciated being able to have all my questions answered and all the help Jeff spent assisting us(about 2 hours). I highly recommend coming here for any rc needs. I've noticed a lot of the other shops around have a limited selection. They have everything from drift, offroading, lowriders, excavators, front loaders, and all kinds of other stuff, and honestly, they have better prices than all the other shops. They also have a track inside. This is definitely my new go-to rc shop.

Such an awesome place! Went in a week or so ago and bought a small 1/24 RC car nothing crazy but it sparked the kid in me again and I started a deep dive of the RC world and I got stuck on a Road car. I went to Gift Tech again on 12/7 and went in to look around and ask some questions about the different products. The owner came up to me after he finished with other customers and once I let him know I was newer to the RC world he opened up like a book answering every single question, telling me extra things about everything there was to know and I just felt like he genuinely cared about what I wanted and he wanted to help me understand RC. Because of his help and wonderful attitude I ended up leaving with a build we spent a good amount of time putting together. Looking forward to going back to customize my build and get more!

We bought top of the line RC truck. Developed a few issues over a couple years each time they honored warranties and took care of us..wish I could give them a 10/5.

Stopped there to see cars, ended up renting those beasts, and driving them on a track with my 5-year-old son. Had a great time. Thank you!

I love this place, everyone is very friendly and the owner is awesome, they can answer any question you have about any product in the store, they have most if not all parts in the store and if they don’t they will order them for you… This is the only place I will ever go for the parts and products

This is a cool store for kids and adults that still a kid at heart. Jeff has been a good help in getting an RC for me which was a Arrma Fireteam to include the batteries with charger. He got one in a few days and had it ready for me to pick up. The time spent in the store I ended getting a smaller RC (Redcat Volanco 16) and with Jeff's knowledge help with what I all needed. Thanks again Jeff.

I purchased my first Redcat RC car from here. They really helped in choosing which one i needed for my son. They have a great selection of cars.
I always swing in when i can so my son can rent a car and run it around the track. The owner is beyond helpful. Definitely coming here for Redcat RC cars

I picked up a card for the Christmas Angel program. For those that don't know it's basically a toy drive program for children who's parents need some help with presents at Christmas time. This little boy wanted an RC car as his first choice and I was determined to get one for him. I'm not well off myself, but I really wanted this for this kid. Jeff at Gift Tech was my Christmas miracle! He was so helpful and supportive of my cause. I told him I was strapped a bit for cash and that I knew it was a long shot to find one under $40 (called others before and they laughed at me). Not only did he have one, he even helped us find a luxury Mercedes SUV! This little kid is going to have exactly what he wanted on Christmas morning. Thank you so much Jeff for helping me make this kiddo's Christmas AWESOME!!

Passed by the store at the mall and my son excited to play with the Cars, we stopped in. My inner child came out and Jeff the owner was fully prepared and engaged to help. I left with a new car from my son and I! Fun times here we go...thanks guys
