Went in to buy makeup and Rosalia, from the beauty department. She went above and beyond to help me get my perfect shade match and recommended me their new product, and I absolutely ended up loving. Love my new foundation. I hope to see her again soon!!

We went to return a pair of shoes but we missed the deadline by like a day so the guy went ahead and exchanged them for us anyways I really can't complain the store itself has a little less selection than I would prefer at a Macy's but really no complaints

I absolutely love this store because of Sophia! She helped me find a gorgeous jewelry set for my mom. Her customer service skills are out of this world. She was so patient with me and made sure we found something my mom loves. Thank you so much again!

At the mens store on the bottom floor a guy named Terry did our check out. He was the nicest person ever to us and the place was slammed. He apologized for the wait asked us how we are, treated us like real humans. Anyways, he really went out of his way to be kind! Made our day😀

This was my first time visting the mall where this Macy's is located. This Macy's is far superior to the stores we have in Los Angeles county. It offers a wide variety of great items and I was actually impressed by their large mens shoe departments.

I always love shopping at Macy's. They have great furniture and other household items. Just love shopping here. Very classy place.

I went there to pickup an Effy Emerald & Diamonds ring, but the color of the stone is not what I wanted. Sophia the jeweller was so kind and helped me to order another one. She even save an Effy box for me, which was not come with the ring. I am really happy with her service. She is a fine example of Macy's staff should be.

I love this mall ,I have only been here during morning time and great stuff clean and great staff people always going out of there way to help you or guide you if your looking for specific product or stores

Good store for higher quality brands weather it's colognes to shoes or clothing a must visit at main place friendly staff.

Comparable to the one in South Coast plaza, wide selection of stuff. Some good deals too.

Macy's at MainPlace Mall in Santa Ana is the place to shop for your style of fashion and your home. This is a large three level store that has recently been remodeled. It is ADA accessible with escalators and an elevator.

Store employees are great to offer assistance while I shop their store, which is very helpful.

The first floor men's area is very new with a modern feel making it fun to shop. Their men's and women's shoe area on this floor is huge and very nice looking. The rest of the first floor is dedicated to cosmetics and jewelry; I can not imagine not finding what you are looking for in these areas.

When you go up to the 2nd level to shop the women's area be ready to see all the latest fashion styles and your favorite comfort wear. This women's area is very popular for shopping. I would recommend using the Macy's mobile app while shopping. It definitely helps in finding the sizes available while you shop and will tell you the price.

The kids area is also located on the 2nd floor. As you continue your shopping up to the 3rd floor you find their home department. I get almost all my home products from Macy's. It is nice to be able shop their Hotel bedding, outdoor furniture and kitchen accessories all in one spot. If they run out stock on hand to sell they make it very easy to ship it right to my home.

If you want a great shopping experience go the MainPlace Mall Macy's.

They started the black Friday sale, but of course I have money !oh well I like next time! , I like Macy's actually i like the whole layout of the mall it's different.

They offer a great return/exchange location and process in the store. The people working the return counter are helpful and knowledgeable!

Did really go to Macy's it was just the entonce to the mall. However it blew my mind that there is a Toys R US in here. I spent no time in running down the aisle looking at everything while my date patiently waited I even felt bad that I was kinda lost in the toy experience but she was understanding and let me revert back to a kid again even if it was for only a few minutes.

Tatiana is a phenomenal representative at Macys in Main Place Mall, Santa Ana. Tatiana guided me through my process in purchasing Macy’s “Jewlery Warranty” and resizing. Not only did she make sure I get the best size to fit my style she was pleasant through the entire process. Tatiana really cares about the comfort of her customers and strengthens the bridge between a customer and Macy’s.

Sophia was amazing. She helped me pick out the most special necklace for my grandmas 70th birthday. I really appreciate coming here and being taken care of so well. Thank you again so much Sophia! She deserves a raise.
