I really like that they bring down online orders to your car. Being disabled, it helps me out more than I can explain. Once there, the delivery to my car has always been fast and pleasant.

Wonderful men's department, super selection, and great customer service. This is a very good store. I primarily go there for men's clothing every once in awhile. I think they are one of the best. I shop their for the sales, and I always get want I want to buy at great prices. I did buy a few items tonight not on sale but at a very good price

The associates working there, representing their company make all the difference in the world. one of the few stores left that carries a wide variety of national Brands, good quality name brands.
Management should really reinforce customer service across the board this way it's not hit or miss but rather a,standard.

I'm not much of a shopper therefore love the convenience of someone directing to what I'm looking for and finding it. 😊 Loved their customer service, from the person directing me to what I was looking for to the person who checked us out. I had some rewards that were not expired, but didn't work for whatever reason and they ended up still applying the reward after the JCPenny Customer service line wasn't able to help. Exellent service here. I love getting my yearly birthday gift. They are very friendly at the cash register. However on the sales floor nobody acknowledges me. I have actually walked out, because I feel ignored when I go in there. None of the employees acknowledged me.

Good selection on everything for big and tall.

The clerk was awesome and very helpful, her name was Jasmine at the men's shoes register. She had patients, and kept a good attitude even though my wife and I were on a different page Jasmine was on both of ours. Good job.

In the cosmetics area Taylor, Michelle and Courtney were awesome helping explaining what we needed. They were extremely patient as we're learning. And Taylor really took time to give advice on the proper colors required.
