Yesterday I had picked up my order to find that they packed the wrong item. I was in the middle of cooking with my friends on the way. I called and Scott (Manager) went out of his way and delivered what I needed. He saved the day. Much appreciated.

Believe it or not, they have a great liquor section. If you know what days they put out the prime stuff, you can get top-shelf bourbon like Brother's Bond or Blanton's.

Good selection, spacious, clean, and productive staff! Everyone seemed to be busy organizing merchandise but was friendly and helpful when I needed help. I liked that it wasn't crowded at all (weekday afternoon). It was also nice to see a lot of the customers were still wearing masks (I'm fully vaccinated and not anti-vax in any way, but it's nice to see people being cautious)

Stopped into this location for the first time tonight. I moved to the area a few months ago and have religiously shopped at Sunset Foods because of how close it is to me. Well tonight they were closed and I stopped into this Jewel. Not knowing the store layout, I asked an employee named Rick where to find a deli item. Rick not only stopped everything he was doing to address me directly, but he walked me all the way across the store to the item as well. As someone who spent half of his career in a customer facing sales position, it is a breath of fresh air to see someone with a true understanding of how to deal with customers.

I have been to Sunset Foods around 3 times a week for multiple months and never thought to leave them a review. Simply because their employees never came close to "wow"ing me. A 2 minute interaction is all it takes to win over a customer, and in a world full of choices at the tips of our fingers, that interaction is more important than it has ever been. Thank you to Rick at Jewel for understanding this simple yet commonly lost concept. You have earned Jewel a well paying customer from here on out. Give this guy a raise!

Wow the selection here is the best out of any jewel ive ever seen. If ur not happy at this jewel..... then there is no pleasing you. Multiple kosher isle,gf vegan selections like never before. Im jealous. The one by me a garbage comparing

This is a great Jewel, for many of your grocery shopping needs they a fairly good selection, it's only sometimes that you might have to travel to another jewel to get stuff that they don't provide. For instance I have to go to another Jewel to get the bakery section cornbread, and sometimes the yogurt that I'd like is limited, but other than a few situations here there it's a pretty good place to shop.

Great customer service; fresh and flavorful produce always exceeds expectations; delicious deli section, wide array of kosher foods, Emma's Challah bread sold here too; lots of plastic disposable dishes, bowls, cups, flat wear and containers; excellent selection of cheeses and meats; always stocked well; one of the best Jewel stores ever

Terrific staff-a shout-out to Katie Lyman, Martha Holmes, and Sorocco (at the service desk-don't have her last name) from Jewel and Daniel at the Huntington Bank counter-All were of tremendous assistance in helping me find my cell phone, which I had apparently dropped in the parking lot. Without fail, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at this location continue to impress me. Thanks so much

I love going to this Jewels because the food is always fresh & in stock! Plus I can get my banking needs done at the same time!!

Really great Jewel of a grocery store! Staff is friendly, the aisles are clean, selection of food good, and really great prices. For a while they were offering a local $10 off $50 purchase coupons in the mail, bring those back please!

Very nice grocery store that has a lot of nice products and is kept very tidy. The employees are very nice and helpful also.

Oh dude this Jewel is the jam it has way more things than normal jewels don't have. I don't know how they do it but they manage to get stuff that I only seen in like Fresh Farms or just only there. Definitely worth going to this one for your daily driver needs and specials

You have to shop smart here. Read their advertisements to know what is on sale. Check the produce before you purchase. Not everything is good like in the pictures. There is a great selection of kosher meat, cheese, and stuff from Israel. Check out the kosher deli section. Fried chicken, and grilled chicken is a bargain and already cooked. Easy meal.

Best Jewel of them all. Wonderful employees and manager. One of the larger Jewel stores that even carries Prime Beef.

Best price on salmon and meat. They even have prime steaks now.
Staff are fantastic. Be late ND to them they work very hard to keep the store stocked and clean.

Everyone there is really Friendly. The store is in great chape. They are always clean there. The sales are awesome! I highly recommend this store!

Where I ways shop. Not only do they have all the products and produce I need they also have the nicest employees! Produce Manager Scott is always ready to answer any questions and our favorite cashier , Barbara, always greets us with a smile!.
