AT&T Store

I was helped by Kay at the Crossroad Plaza. We came in Saturday to see what our options were. She was amazing and very knowledgeable. We wanted to think it over so asked her when she would be available. When we returned the following Tuesday we were welcomed with a smile and professionalism. She worked diligently to get our family the best deal. We purchased 3 new phones and 9 accessories. If I'm in need of anything additional I will definitely be back to see her again.

On Saturday, we went to this location. It seemed a little busy but we were helped right away by the associate,Raven. Raven was very helpful along with the store manager Anais in helping my daughter, son, husband, and I to transfer our phones from our previous carrier. Getting us a lower amount from what we were paying and even assisting in helping my daughter transfer while still attached to lease at previous carrier. Any help we need in future or attachments, we plan on going into the store and receiving help from Raven or Anais. Thank you ladies for taking all that time with us!

On Friday 2/9/23 my phone completely died and I was pretty freaked out. I walked into the Merrilville AT&T and was greeted by an absolute hero. He sat with me and did everything he could to figure out what was going on with the phone. He calmly and patiently informed me that it was DOA and helped me for over 90 minutes to figure out how to get (most of) my life back together with a new phone and plan which ended up being a great deal BUT JUST AS IMPORTANT he listened to me and helped me so kindly and with a wealth of knowledge that blew me away. Misael is his name and he is an angel with mad skills. Big BIG props to this guy! He is a gem and a huge asset to his company.

Came in to att today to get my watch set up and I was assisted by Terrell he did a great job of getting me set up thank you Terrell and att.

The service I received today from Terry was outstanding! He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to educate me on my phone and its features. His manager Tyonna helped me with my bill and both ensured my experience was phenomenal!

Went into the A T &T store yesterday and only had to wait about 10 minutes, as I did not have an appointment. The young lady who helped me, Kay, was very helpful and knowledgeable, which made the experience awesome. Thank you Kay!

Raven at the Merrillville store was extremely helpful and knowledgable with assisting me with the iPad and helped me set it up. Raven provided exceptional customer service and I will definitely be back to visit her!!!

I went to AT&T on US 30 in Hobart Indiana. The problem was solved quickly, and he was very knowledgeable of what he needed to do. The wait was less than five minutes. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone for looking to use AT&T.

The staff was delightfully polite as always, as they have an expert tenured staff. They were quick and price with there assessment, and service! More than helpful! It's like my home store
