Starbucks

Our drinks were delicious. And they finally brought back the cranberry bliss bars! I always buy boxes of them. The staff was polite even though they were packed out the door and the drive thru.

Came in today Thursday morning, the drive- thru was very busy but this guy was so friendly he calmly killed the line. I loved the experience, this is my favorite Starbucks location!

Date night. Ordered coffee and hot chocolate. Both were good. First time at this location. Very friendly, engaging staff. Clean dining area for customers. Will return.

I go to this Starbucks 3-4 times a week, and I have never had a bad experience. Drinks are always fresh, and the staff always has bright, and friendly attitudes! Love the staff and the store as a whole!!!

This is my favorite Starbucks in NWI. Everyone is so friendly and Ben makes my day every morning with his bubbly personality. Great staff, excellent drinks, and excellent service!

I was on my way to an event for work today, but needed a little extra perk in my step this morning. Luckily, it was not hard to find a Starbucks in the area to give me the juice I need. I wanted some simple, so I opted for the coconut milk latte. The sweetness of the plant-based milk paired with the bitter tones of the espresso make this an easy staple for anyone out and about who just needs a pick-me-up.

We actually left a different Starbucks because of rude staff and came here and was such a great experience we sat there for an hour or two! Great team.

I was there yesterday and had a very bad experience. I called and requested to speak to the store manager (Katiee) after I left and voiced my bad experience. The store manager offered a very sincere apology and wanted to make it right on my return visit. Well today 9/1/23 I returned and the person at the counter greeted me and offered to take my order. I explained what happened yesterday and who I spoke to. She knew exactly who I was and proceeded to make my order. The customer service was excellent!! Shout out to the store manager Katiee and her staff today!! I love Starbucks and I’ll be a repeat customer at this location!

Always good. Starbucks is so reliable and consistent that it's our favorite. We stop all the time when we're out of town because it's always just right. This was no exception. Highly recommended.

They always make my drinks right here, but the main thing I've noticed is that the employees are always so welcoming and complimentary.

Barista's were ABSOLUTELY amazing!! They were joyful and so happy and upbeat!! There's nothing better than amazing barista's to put a smile on their customers faces!!!

My favorite Starbucks in the area. The lines always move quickly. They are always stocked. I’m never told “sorry we’re out of X, Y, or Z” and the staff always give a pleasant greeting in the store and drive thru! Order has never been messed up here!

Max at the drive thru is an absolute gem. I was having a not so great day and he turned it right around with going above and beyond. Though everyone who works at this location always is so kind and a pleasure to see even when they are slammed. It's my favorite location to go to and they deserve the recognition. I love my Starbucks, most locations are great, this one is no exception, but I do use the drive-thru almost always.

Over priced coffee and a long line but you know that going in. The service is always great as is the coffee.
