Delicious Taiwanese shaved ice dessert shop. Enjoyed mango shaved ice with passion fruit syrup topped with rice balls, grass jelly & egg pudding.

Delicious bingsu. They have one patio table with two seats where you can tie your dog up while you order. We took our shaved ice back out to eat there.

Salju serves up some very good dessert. Note that this is an Asian-run joint, so their goods tend to be less sweet. I'm always impressed with the fast service and variety of flavors and toppings they offer here. I need to try their durian flavor next time.

Almond shaved snow with some toppings of sliced almonds, kiwi, mochi pieces, and a drizzle of condensed milk. Good enough for two to share and tasty. Service was a tad slow.

My friends brought me here. Great to eat to cool down with this heat wave. Shave ice desserts was really good with different flavors and toppings. We got strawberry, lychee, original and durian flavor Shave ice.

Friendly service! I ordered the small black sesame snow ice that comes with 2 toppings. Salju gives you the option to add a 3rd topping for an additional fee if you don’t want to order a bigger size. The bigger size comes with 3 toppings.

Parking is limited, but there were a few open spots on a Sunday night.

Got the lychee flavor with strawberry, blueberry, and red beans. The shaved ice was very light and fluffy. Tasted more like ice cream than shaved ice since it was so finely crushed. There was a perfect amount of flavor integrated into the ice. Wasn't too strong or sweet. The toppings it came with was also very good.

High quality shaved ice. The texture is perfect, with the milky snow shaved into ribbons that melt in your mouth. The flavors are awesome and there’s a great selection of toppings. Extremely refreshing on a hot day.

They have several kinds of desserts like crepes and bowls, but the fluffy shaved ice is the main star. Tried out there matcha with mochi, red beans, and condensed milk. Definitely a delicious treat to eat in the middle of summer! It was very fluffy and I liked my toppings. They have quite a lot of combinations, so I'll probably come back again to try more.

The shaved ice is really bomb. I got the thai tea flavor with 3 toppings almonds, lychee jelly with grass jelly. The combination with the grass jelly taste really perfect. It melts in my mouth right away. I also ordered their crepes so crispy its becoming my favorite place to hang out with my friend.

Now if you are looking for flavored shaved iced, then this is the place to go. It is flavorful and yummy. They do tend to run out of certain flavors by the end of the evening from time to time. So it is best to call ahead to see if the flavor you want is still available. I highly recommend this place for the sweet tooth lovers and curiosity first-timers.

The shaved ice at Salju is unbelievably fluffy and all the toppings are super fresh and delicious. It's a shame that I only heard about this place until recently. A special shoutout to the cashier to very patiently waited for me to pick my flavors and toppings. I feel like I took a couple minutes to decide, but he never once looked annoyed or pressured me to come to a decision.

This is one of the best dessert place I’ve seen, you can add your own toppings and it has a good price for a max size which is about 8.88$ this is also 10x better than any other dessert place

Really delicious and light shaved ice desserts; I had black sesame shaved ice with egg pudding and strawberries for my choice of 2 toppings and condensed milk as my syrup. Looking forward to going back again when I’m in the area.

Such a cool little hole in the wall spot. Definitely can get a little crowded sometimes but well worth it. Very affordable shaved ice that can be fully customized. Sharing friendly

After two years of not coming here, this Saljo Desert has now gained a lot of great things. They now have more choices of shaved ice and Crepes. New products are Acai Bowl and Dragon Bowl. Service is still very fast and store is clean. Prices are very reasonable and the flavors taste amazing. Really a must-visit.

Great place for desert. Me and my kids love this place. The cashier always looks at the screen to see if you tip. If you tip, he give more. Many options. Guava, green tea are my favorite.

Still great after years of coming here. These are medium sizes for $6.75 (also have small, $4.50). It's a create your own.
We created milk snow, red beans, egg pudding, boba. And Vietnamese coffee (very sweet), coconut, coffee jelly & mochi. I put a small Styrofoam cup next to it for scale.
They keep the place super warm, i guess to enjoy cold treat!
