These guys/girls in here are always super helpful and id all the right people. I never can decide what I want to get for others as a gift and they always help me pick something the person loves! Check em out great selection not too big you get lost and free parking.

It's a clean place, very nice employees and respectful. The owner is awesome!!! And very good surveillance system and how they post your identity and different funny quotes to go along with what your stealing 🤣🤣🤣🤣

One of the best liquor stores around. Tell them prices are outrageous, they'll research and fix it. They take care of their customers and have a large selection considering how small they are. The managers are amazing tho their grunts could use work. Competitive pricing and top notch customer appreciation.

I am extremely upset with the way an employee handled a situation that took place yesterday.
The employee accused me of being involved in a particular incident that took place inside of the store, however this incident involved another patron and did not have anything to do with the store at all.
The employee was yelling at me and was extremely disrespectful. I was not even aware of what took place until this employee yelled at me and accused me infront of other patrons.
I told the employee I was not involved in the incident at all and to pull up the video footage inside of the store and he absolutely refused too, telling me that he knew I was involved and the video footage proved it...
I am 100% CERTAIN I WAS NOT INVOLVED AT ALL. And this employee would not allow me to even clear my name by going back and reviewing the footage...
I was kicked out, disrespected, humiliated and accused of something I did NOT do. They refused to give me a way to contact the owner to clear these accusations.

We just left there. I’m upset I didn’t get the young lady’s name but let me tell y’all …. SERVICE OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! Prices ….. THE TRUTH and they have a lot of things we don’t have at the stores in Baltimore. Thank you and keep up the great work. Customer service goes a long way when it’s 100!!!!!!

This is not a high end store... and it's not supposed to be. Every inch of it's fairly limited floor space is packed with what you came for... tasty beverages at decent prices. :-) If you want it, they usually have it. The staff is very helpful and they are open early and close late. I believe the hours are 9am to 12 midnight almost every day of the year... including holidays!

This is a small little store on dual highway, the people are pretty friendly with me , its usually pretty quick in here and they DO HAVE A WALL OF SHAME but that is fine by me, it says they are open 365 days a year and a pick will include there craft beer and wine customer loyalty program

They have an amazing selection, the staff is very friendly and knowlegable. Its also a great place to run into people as well. Seen a friend that I hadnt spoken to in years. Overall I give the place 2 thumbs up!

The best liquor store in Hagerstown for your needs. Whether it's beer, wine or liquors, Dual Highway has a variety of brands and sizes to suit every occasion. And they also stay open till midnight every night including Sunday's. And you can't miss it if you're headed west into town. you can't really go wrong there. The prices are good too!!

My go to for late night. The staff are very vigilant about the safety of the store and customers. This store has a good reputation in the surrounding area and staff will go far and beyond to cater to customers.

I'm from PA so it was great to have everything I needed all in one place. You have to make 2 different stops if you want beer AND liquor in PA. Everyone was friendly!

I go here all the time , they literally almost always have what I need theres only been 2 times they didn't have it but yeah good customer service and funny as hell cashiers 😂 keep it up guys.

Great customer service, store was clean and well lit. They have a very wide selection of beer, wine and liquor. In addition to the friendly staff, they offer a discount to active duty military and veterans.

Great selection of wines, liquors and beers. Go here often an more so than any other liquor store because they're cheaper and friendly.
