CVS

I shop here all the time. The staff is friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well stocked. I don't use the pharmacy often, but when I do, I haven't had any issues.

Last Friday I was in a very stressful situation because of incompetence of moneygram who made me lose more than 3 hours. After not receiving help from moneygram, Luke the CVS cashier gave his best to help me solve my problem, I must say that he was a very patient and respectful boy before my discomfort and bad attitude, so I want to write this comment to recommend 100% this CVS for the great team they have, also the other cashier Chrissy was very sweet and cooperative with me, I even get a chocolate from her.
I received a pleasant surprise on Friday and from now on I am going to buy in this CVS so guys you are going to see me more often, get ready!

Luke, the cashier greeted me and everyone else who walked in. He created a very welcoming environment. Later when checking out, he was very friendly and funny. Definitely created an awesome shopping experiences. Give this guy a raise! He deserves it! Haha

Had amazing customer service from Katrina who went out of her way to search their store endlessly for an item I was looking for, and Jade was equally as helpful when helping check if the item is the right one. Definitely would visit again, amazing experience.

I love to Shop at CVS in Pines Boulevard. Also the one in Hollywood Florida.

Tho a bit more expensive I have always liked CVS for the quality products fast and friendly service.

The cashier was very nice and polite and helpful. She was very busy but was still polite and had manners. The prices of some items are high but it is the price of convenience.

I had a prescription transfer from New York to Hollywood Florida, they did a good job.

The cvs itself is decent. The employees are nice and helpful. As for the pharmacy I would give it 0 stars if i could. The main guy whos there is so rude and absolutely the worst. Has 0 customer service skills.

Staff there is very rude, they act if customers are there to bother them, I was in line when it was my turn and in front of the cashier she closed the register, I don't understand why she couldn't take care of me and then put the close sign for the person behing to know, also how can you close a register when you have a line? Also dropped off a ups package and the clerk seem to have been annoyed.
Maybe they're not people persons? With that attitude i wouldn't mind interecting with self check out registers, so custo.ers don't get attitude feom people who think they are doing us a favor for being there.
Saturday around 5.30 pm.

Called 5 times was hung up on twice , answered but placed on mute twice then hung up on 5th call was placed on hold for 40min never spoke to anyone. Drove all the way to the pharmacy proscription not. Was supposed to be transferred from CVS around the córner never was. I used to work for CVS pharmacy department never has my store ever been like this. When I asked the pharmacist to call the other store to have them place back my order so they can fill he told me I had to call.
This is truly sad and unacceptable

Terrible!!! 30 min waiting in the phone and no customers there. They are scratching their balls and they have a horrible attitude. Dirty employee told me he was gonna leave the card screen dirty. I’m gonna get names for next time. Really nasty and dirty people.

This place is very unprofessional. The pharmacy that is... they don't answer the phone calls with priority and urgency. They kept stating they never received my prescription which wasnt true because my doctors office confirmed that it was received. I wilm be changing pharmacies for sure.
