I love that they can look up my business credit card to make payment at the register. Unlike @homedepot they can only look up my personal credit card. Great job Lowe's with all your pro updates this year

As a plant mom, it's kind of disheartening how they treat they're plants. They're usually rootbound and have powdery mildew.

But as for the store itself, I have no other qualms. I don't usually interact with any employees during my visit..

Sabrina in Seasonal is an absolute blessing!!! Very professional and friendly. Helped me with not only getting the grill I wanted but helped me with her counterpart Angel load it into my car. Many of employees could learn from Sabrina. Absolutely incredible!!!

We just purchased a washer and dryer from the Turnersville, NJ store, and I just wanted to comment on the excellent customer service provided by Norm in the appliance department. He was extremely thorough and made sure to address my multiple concerns, and he did it all with a smile and a great sense of humor! Honestly, if it was not for him, I probably would not have bought anything today. I certainly hope that management acknowledges Norm and his phenomenal customer care, because it is people like him that will bring me back to this store for any future large appliance purchases. Thanks again Norm! You definitely deserve a raise or bonus - or both!

Staff is good. Rest is as good as a big box store. Wood sucks. Not their fault.

We've been doing updating our kitchen, and recently ordered appliances. Our dishwasher was delivered on time, but was unfortunately damaged when we opened the box. Went to Lowe's this morning and Staci in appliances help us out super quick. She tried resolving the issue to the best of her abilities, but with Thanksgiving coming up next week it's going to take longer for us to receive a new one. She explained the whole process of what to expect. I appreciate her taking the time out even when they were so busy. Turnersville Lowe's is definitely a great spot and has the best employees.

I love the patio chairs I bought. Came with free zinnia seeds lol. Angel helped me bring the chairs to my trailer. He was a wonderful associate! Thank you

I love Lowe's. There's always a friendly associate to say hello and offer help. I find they are cheaper and much nicer than the staff at the Home Depot around the corner.

Rented a Bissel Rug machine, and they were pleasant and honest about Everything. I was almost 4 days late returning it due to some personal things happening, and they worked with me to get the most back on my card as possible”.

Nice staff overall. Plumbing guy was very helpful helping me quickly find the right combination of PVC fittings to fit together for a utility pump retrofit.

After being treated horribly at Home Depot in Washington Township I decided to stop at Lowe's in Washington Township to purchase items that I needed, I had two gentlemen and a young lady (all Lowe's employees) passing through the lawn mowing department, they stopped to help me with my purchases, wonderful customer service, very nice people and personable, one of the gentlemen even helped carry my items to my car and placed them in my car for me. I wish I got their names so I could have paid my compliments to their manager. I love this store! I will definitely be back to shop again! Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience!

The one hardware store where you ask an employee for help and actually walk you over to what you are searching for. If they don't know the finer details between products, they take the extra step to find someone well versed in what you need vs what you want. Note, Home Depot's employees are typically difficult to find, get their attention and their assistance. Go to the place where you are treated the way you deserve to be taken care of. Lowe's rules !!
