Kroger

Kroger is an awesome place for groceries. Most of the cashiers and baggers are friendly and helpful

Local grocery store. Excellent produce. Friendly staff. Store can be tricky to get in and out of.

I forgot to order my 5 yr old son's bday cake. I needed it today. I called everywhere yesterday. Walmart wouldn't answer the phone, in any dept. Or location. Not the London one or corbin one. This Kroger here in london did what they could to help me. Aundrea from the bakery, and the person who decorates the cakes....are Super Amazing. I spike to Aundrea, she went above and beyond what she had to do. If not for this Bakery and the ones they employ, my son would have been heart broken. So a huge Thank you from one Happy Momma bc you made my son one happy little boy on his 5th birthday. This lady needs a raise, imo. She didn't have to do anything bc it was late in the day. They had less than 24 hrs to do this, and they did. So I'm forever grateful to her kindness and understanding.

First time here, I done some shopping while my husband was waiting for them to unload his trailer. Being on the road we tend to shop more at Walmart since its usually more convenient. Shopping in this store today made me realize how much we are missing. There are so many varieties of many items we usually buy vs what Walmart has. I love the layout of this store. It was very clean and I noticed several employees all throughout the store cleaning/disinfecting. I used the self checkout and the lady working in that area was very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. I will definitely be making it a point to find a Kroger out on the road to do our grocery shopping.

This Kroger is a great place to shop! You can always find a wide variety of foods at this location. The store was very clean and they are upgrading their deli which will be nice when complete. Chris in the meat department was very helpful and kind. Brenda the cashier got me out super quick and was very sweet. I highly recommend this Kroger.

Paula from the bakery is my Saving Grace. I had been sick and forgot to order my sons bday cake. Today I called everywhere with no help, until some sweet young man put Kroger's cake lady on the phone. I told her my situation and she went above and beyond to make my 4 tr old have his perfect cake. Thank you Paula for the smile on my child's face. Thank you Kroger for hiring such an amazing cake lady.

Love Kroger. The meat department is great. I have never gotten a bad cut of meat there whether it be beef chicken or pork. The flower department is top notch and Kim Coffey does a great job there. The Private Selection brand is as good as any name brand and may be better in most cases

I had trouble with self check out but the cashier that helped me was the best. She was so sweet. I didn't get to get her name but good job Kroger you hired the best lil woman.. She should be recognized.. Thank you sweet heart..

We had accumulated 4000 points for June and planned a Florida trip around Kroger Fuel stations where we could save $1.00 / gallon. After filling up we stopped by the deli for a quick lunch. The woman at the deli was very friendly and helpful since we were just getting small amounts of a number of items.

Crowded but was able to find what I needed and checked out quickly

Lots of room, plenty of product.
The pharmacy staff were courteous and helpful. Good selection of organic food.

Like that it is larger and cleaner than the stores in Corbin. They take more pride in appearances/cleanliness apparently. Also I've found that everytime I have visited the store there is always someone in customer service, a plus. Not like the stores in Corbin.

Love Kroger's! Usually very good selection, some smaller markets don't carry all that the larger stores do. Prices are usually competitive. Nice place to shop for groceries.

Kroger always has a clean store and you can find the unusual items there as well

I always enjoy my shopping experience at Kroger's. In fact I left Walmart as the snow turned to rain to grocery shop specifically there. Thanks to Emma Grace for always greeting customers with a genuine smile and willingness to help! Keep up the great work!!

Given the pouring down snow, needless to say it was packed. I was surprised how fast I was able to check out. They had numerous lines open and the employees were working to get things done.

My favorite store in the London area easy in out they offer online shopping with easy pickup at store they bring the groceries right to your car. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a wide range of items a one stop shop.

I recently purchased some baked good from the deli/bakery. Had a wide selection and the food was delicious
