Store was out of a lot of stock due to the holidays but otherwise it was a nice store.
Employees were all very nice and helpful. Shopping experience was pleasant.

Friendly and professional service durning a very busy time. All cashiers were backed up and had to wait. BUT, they did a great job!

This is a nice Kohl's to shop at in London. Even though it's smaller than my local one in Richmond, they had plenty of selection and a great staff. It's worth the trip in and it was rather enjoyable.

I found what I was looking for plus more. The gentleman putting out the Christmas decorations was friendly and greeted each customer that came in.

I love Kohl's! It's the closest store I get to a mall!!! I think their prices are reasonable and when you pair them with 30% off, you can't go wrong. You can get some good deals. And, they have Sketchers :-)

My first experience with Kohl's in London was definitely 5 stars. I thought they had a great selection of clothing, shoes and home goods. The store is a little smaller than most of the Kohl's that I've been in, but well stocked nonetheless. The customer service was excellent. A very nice young man named Damon checked me out, and I was quite impressed by how helpful and friendly he was. I like to shop in a store where the associates make you feel welcome. Overall, I had a great experience. I will be shopping there often.
