AT&T Store

This store rocks! Blake found me a great plan and helped reduce associated fees plus some additional discounts. Highly recommend this store. Miss Destiny was very helpful transferring my data and setting up my new phone. Thank you.

The people here are amazing. I don't know if the young lady, Destiny, is in any management position, but I think she should be. I came in the other day with my zfold 3 inside screen not responding to touch. Destiny probably spent 2 hours on hold on the phone, the computers were acting up. She finally gets to the right people, and my phone started working. She stayed on the line, got the information I needed, and gave it to me so in case something else happens to my phone. The last time I had to deal with a cell phone issue, my better half went almost 2 weeks without her phone. So I think she went above and beyond for a cranky old veteran

This store went above and beyond to get me started with their service. I cannot express my gratitude for all their hard work. Especially want to note that Destiny's hard work selling me on thier plans and features was above the line! Amazing job guys! Thanks for putting up with us for as long as you had to while Your computers gave you a hard time! I can only hope there cell coverage matches their customer service at this store!

I recently purchased a new iPhone at another store, however that store did not set it up accurately and my SIM card was not activated so I could not use my phone. I decided to go to the London store for help. Blake was super helpful and very friendly. He fixed my phone and had it up and running in less than 5 minutes! He was very professional and I would recommend this store 10/10.

After dealing with a weeks worth of torture and headache with AT&T's online customer service trying to make the switch from Verizon to AT&T, we finally went into the London store and spoke with Blake. He helped us get everything transfered over with ease and he made sure everything was done correctly. I really can not say enough good things about Blake and the London store. His customer service and dedication to his job, made our experience so much easier. If it were not for him, we would have never gotten everything worked out.

If you go to AT&T in London I highly recommend asking for Kayley. She’s been there jus a couple of weeks but her rockin attitude and customer service is outstanding. The help she gave me was the best I wouldn’t put no one past her, friendly, nice, and wonderful people skills. When you go you have to ask for Kayley she will own that store one day!

Wonderful experience upgrading my phone. Nick and Daniel were both very knowledgeable and gave me exactly what I needed. The store had everything I wanted in stock, which was great. Daniel didn’t only help me and treat me great, but he treated everyone that came in the store wonderful. If they didn’t have it at the store, he would tell the customer where they could find it and how much it should cost. (I had time to see several customers come in while waiting on my data to transfer from my old phone to my new phone). Overall, an A+ phone upgrade!

Destiny was such a great help with multiple issues and orders done at her store. She went above and beyond to help resolve previous phone plan issues. If you go to this store, seek her out to help you with anything you need there.

I went to Verizon and they were absolutely rude, so I decided to go over to AT&T and the manager Blake was absolutely so kind and he literally had me a brand new phone and what I wanted in less than an hour and was super friendly. ☺ I definitely recommend London AT&T!

Employees are phenomenal. Nick has the best customer service, and knows exactly how to help. They do the best job and helping and serving people. Would give 10 stars, but it only let me have the option of giving 5.

I have been an AT&T customer for more years than I care to admit and while I have not always been happy with my service I can say this branch has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help with any issues I have come in with. Nick’s attitude has always been we can take care of your problem and everyone here is a great asset to AT&T. There are definitely other branches that could learn a lesson about what customer service should look like.

I was with Verizon and they was charging overage for my data, my address wasn’t in “range” of having unlimited data. The store immediately helped me switch carriers, and it has been wonderful ever since!

I was in turmoil cause of At&T representatives messing with my phone number and esim and the young lady was able to fix my issue without replacing my SIM card and I was able to keep my phone number. Let’s hope billing doesn’t screw anything else up.

What a great place to go for all my entertainment needs! Very friendly and helped me with my iPhone setup and got me set up with a free trial of DIRECTV. He even found out I could get fiber internet at my house! Will go there for all my phone, TV, and internet needs!

Also, that Johnny is one good lookin dude with that fine bald head of his.

The absolute best customer service. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, and left with the phone I wanted. Thank you guys so much!

Everyone in this location is awesome to deal with! Nick took the time to set my phones up and teach me how to use them even tho I didn’t even get them from him. Would recommend to anyone!

The best fast, easy, reliable Service this is the best co. I have ever had att the best stop in they will set you up fast if you us auto pay 10 reg bill other provider's jack it 10 and then give you a10 off nothing rate. I am sike of getting ripped off att is onest no problems . I got charged 15 monthly payments in one year by the co next door. So figure it out yourself it's just money

I don't usually do reviews for services because as I see it, it's what your are paid to do... but with that being said this group at this location goes way beyond what you should expect from customer service; friendly, helpful, willing to help if they can.
