Excellent service and staff at this location. Rarely crowded with long lines.

I love this UPS, the staff treats me so nicely. They're very efficient and I would recommend everyone to come here.

I have posted my packages here dozens of times over the years and I am fully satisfied!

Both attendants were always helpful, specially the younger one!

I was at this UPS earlier today to mail a small package and the young attendant was extremely helpful, efficient and kind. So much that I made a point to come write this review. I was very surprised when I read the other reviews, must be a different guy!

People are very nice and efficient here. Parking can be difficult... especially if you have limited mobility/ are disabled. I wish the limited space directly in front of the store wad designated Handicapped.

I’ve been going to this store for quite some time now and since they redid the inside and hired more people it’s been a wonderful experience. Not sure why people are coming here expecting higher energy employees, it’s a UPS store….

I don't understand the bad reviews. The guy who runs this place is helpful and efficient. I use this place frequently for a variety of things, and I've not once had a bad experience. The only drawback I think might be parking, but that's usually not a big deal.

We drop packages off here regularly and the staff is always super friendly and helpful.

I went to notarize my bank statement and thought I should notarize on each page. Anyone would have easily did it to make more money, but Kenneth suggested a different approach and saved me $15

Great service. Helped me with a print out on a large return. Extremely helpful.

I dropped off a package that I thought was pre-paid but it wasn't. He went out of his way to find me to let me know, so he could send it for me.

I love this store. The owner is wonderful and everyone is so helpful and kind.

Good customer service

UPS store website hours are incorrect. Website (and hence Google) states this store opens at 8AM. It does NOT open at 8AM. I arrived at 8:45 and was allowed in, however, he had to come to unlock the door. UPS should change the posted hours on their website.
Or open at 8.

OK. Usually things go smooth. Sometimes need to call.
