I am wheelchair bound and a sweet young man with white hair helped me all throughout my way through the store showing me where things were and lifting everything for me. He had so much patience and is a great young man. The store is very clean and there isn’t much noise either

Would prefer to use a local family owned pharmacy but sadly Tricare doesn’t allow us to use one anymore. This happened as we relocated from Raleigh, NC to Mandeville. Has been tough finding a pharmacist who knows us and our health issues. However, we haven’t had any issues with things going wrong here. Although we don’t get that local loyal treatment as we use to, I do appreciate the follow up calls that the pharmacist makes to see if there are issues with medications I’m taking.

My family goes to this particular pharmacy because of a particular pharmacist, Ms. Janie Lynn.

She is always very knowledgeable, caring and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. She is very kind and understanding. I have elderly parents and she’s always takes a little time to ask how they are doing. It’s a little things like that which makes for a great service. I cannot highly recommend her enough as a pharmacist.

The pharmacy staff is efficient, caring, professional and go above and beyond. I won't switch to an online insurance owned pharmacy because I trust the PEOPLE here. I know they see us as more than a number and care about each of us. Sappy, I know...but true!

The staff is awesome . Always willing to help and very courteous, sometimes so much that the drive thru gets behind because of customers talking about things that have nothing to do with the pharmacy . People that’s not the place to get personal and catch up . Customers who are in a hurry or in pain from a surgery or dr visit usually use this , so they can get home quicker . I hope this helps us all and keeps things running smoothly .

Went to CVS who told me they were short staffed and wouldn’t be able to fill my prescription went right next door to Walgreens

The staff is friendly, fast, and efficient!!! They make it as easy as they can!

My favorite Walgreens in the area. I really like the pharmacy folks, they are friendly and get to know their regulars. It makes a corporate pharmacy feel like a small town one. I fill all my medications there.

Went there for vaccinations and waited in line for 10 minutes, person behind the desk was slow and finicky. Both online and in store it said we could do walk in vaccinations but they denied us saying that they were filled with appointments and to schedule one online and come back later. Why would you have the signs up if you can't even do it???? At the end of the day we were kinda glad that we didn't get it because the people working here seemed strange, slow, and finicky anyways. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is just for the deals you can sometimes get with the walgreens club or whatever it is, if you don't have that then don't really bother because the prices are too high on some things.

Pharmacy drive thru slowest I have experienced. Pharmacy works ask you same questions 3-4 times un a row. Pharmacy employees at this location need so re-training. But front store staff are great.

If you can go somewhere else The pharmacist lady in there is very rude. They're slow as can be they take 7 hours to fill a basic prescription. Go to the Walgreens on Claiborne Hill

Took 9 minutes in the drive through for the pharmacy to acknowledge me and a total of 16 minutes to pick up a prescription. I had called and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited 60 minutes and it still was not ready. I will never use the Highway 22 Walgreens ever again.

They tried to scan my driver's license. Who knows why they are trying to capture your private and personal information? I left my items on the counter. It is none of Walgreens business. To many other places that will appreciate my business. Go google it and read all the other reviews for yourself. Know your rights. Happy trails Walgreens.

The pharmacy staff at this location are patient & knowledgeable. The pharmacist is always available to answer any questions. However, this pharmacy is understaffed. It is not the fault of the employees, but whoever is handling corporate scheduling is unconcerned with how hard these people work or how long customers have to wait. One hour to pick up one prescription. Hire more staff.
