Beautiful park $3 entry per person. Well maintained. Don’t speed there’s so many people walking around.

We went here for an Easter photo shoot with our family. It's big, gorgeous, and we're totally going again just to explore the beach and land!

This State Park rarely disappoints! The sunsets here are the best in the area. The campground, minus the deer droppings, is always kept clean.

It was gorgeous! Water was chilly but it's February so to be expected the sand is fantastic! Planning trip to stay in this park hoping next year.

It's the rainy season so the park was wet. It's a great park for the amazing trees. It's left as natural as possible which, to me, makes a great park. Facilities are ok.

Edit to add: We went back September of 2022 and the boardwalk is closed, compliments of Hurricane Ida. I asked and was told they do plan on rebuilding, as they have previously, but no idea when. The rest of the park all appeared to be open though.

Cute spot! Beach area and loved walking down Alligator Marsh Boardwalk, we saw a few gators!

Went on the suggestion of a Nurse...this place is on a small street with parking across the street. Awesome service by Ally B. Service was impeccable. Food was picturesque...eggs benedict with fried eggplant was a real surprise. My favorites all in one plate. The Pecan pancakes were perfect, round and fluffy. Only the coffee was a bust...need something bolder for dishes like the ones served here. I will come back k for more.

I grew up going to this beach with my family and I've always loved it. Fantastic place to spend the day with family and friends just relaxing and having fun. There are also excellent places just down the boardwalk to grill and picnic.

Always pleasant.
I usually get the day pass which is about 3 dollars per person and just recharge listening to the waves.
Pretty clean for a public space.
Has campsites, splashpad, trails, spots for fishing but haven't witnessed anyone catch any fish tbh.
Definitely will be back.

This place was a lot of fun. First time there and we would definitely go back. Splash park for kids and lots of places to BBQ with family. Nice covered areas to stay out of the sun. Beach was great and there is a nice pier to walk out on. The lake was so warm but nice to walk into. Lots of bike paths and camping as well. Great family place.
