LOFT

I'm not a Lot lover.. however I was there a couple of days ago and the stuff was very nice but a couple of weeks before that there was a woman who was working at the dressing room and I was hanging my clothes up to see if I wanted to try anything on and she asked me to move it from where it was hanging because customers may want to see the clothing behind it which there was nobody in the store so I felt very much disregarded by this particular employee. And at Loft, staff is what it's all about! If anybody at the Cherry Creek loft reads this the woman will know who it is because I made it a point that she knew that I was offended by her behavior. I could understand if the store was busy but my mother and I were almost the only other two people in the store. Anyway this is great made clothing and the stuff is usually been good but it sometimes only takes one experience.

Love Loft, it's the one place I don't feel completely overwhelmed when I walk in. Everything is really organized well and it's easy to shop there. The staff is really nice, too. It's my go to store at the mall because I always find comfortable clothes there. I love their jeans, the only jeans that look good on my curvy, short body. They have a lot of petite sizes, I am 5'1", so that is a bonus. Beautiful scarves, too.

The manager that was on duty in the afternoon of 2/19/17 knows how to run a store. The selection in this Loft is not as good as some other Lofts I've been to which is surprising(but this above the store management level). It is also merchandised nicely, I never have to wait for a fitting room(which will make me walk out of stores) and the manager kept the lines moving. Nice job to all the staff on a crazy 40% off sale.

There are two women that work at this location and they are SO sweet. They know everything about the store and the merchandise. They remember me every time I go in. Sometimes I choose to shop there just because I know they'll make it an easier experience. Thanks!

The store is clean, well organized. The staff are nice. And best of all, if it says online they have something in stock, they DO have it.
