Giant Eagle Supermarket

This Giant Eagle is one that still has a hometown feeling to it. First we showed up close to the deli closing time. But Chris was very polite, very helpful and didnt mind slicing some meats up for us. Then on the way out we had a very nice checkout cashier named Joe. Nice Giant Eagle to have in the neighborhood.

Today at the massillon giant eagle store, I saw the greatest act of kindness I have seen in a long time. There was an elderly woman who was having trouble with her husband. The older gentleman looked stuck, and was unaware of his surroundings. One of the cashiers took control after she noticed his wife’s dilemma and helped him drive the stores motorized cart back to their car while his wife walk beside them. The cashier helped get him get into the car. This took quite a bit of time. The cashier was kind and patient. Wow! This whole experience brought tears to my eyes and faith in the kindness of people.

Employees went out of their way to help me find the items I was looking for and the pharmacy tech was very friendly and helpful

This place is the BEST place for a birthday cake! Ordered a birthday cake for my mom's New Year's Eve birthday and it's perfect! Thick filling, beautifully decorated and it was ready when stated. Thank you for an easy experience! Their online ordering is phenomenal too when it comes to convenience. 10/10

We shopped about 8:30 for an hour - somewhat earlier than usual. The store was easy to navigate with fewer other shoppers and in spite of some restocking.
We also usually use the self checkout, but there was a checker available so we did that. She was quite pleasant as well as efficient.

Clean, liquor store, one stop shop for all of your family's needs.

Got everything i needed and didn't have to go to another store.

I had a busy day today and was absent minded, left my purse with cash in it on a cart outside the parking lot. The staff actually took the time, looked up my phone number on the Perks system and informed me about it. I would like to thank the very kind giant eagle staff that helped me out. This is a solid Giant Eagle. Clean and well organized. I wish their pricing was a little more competitive with Marcs or Aldi... but when they have sales, I find they are better than most places sales.

I really want to give credit to a outstanding employee. This is from the Bakery Department and the lady's name is Mackenzie. Each time I have called to order cakes she has always taken great care for my orders and let me tell you the Months of May and June have been ordering quite a few cakes. My order is always perfect for pick up too. I can see how busy all these ladies are back there and for Mackenzie to give such outstanding service, I feel she needs a spot light put on her. Thank you for such great service and also, delicious fresh cakes.

I love Giant Eagle. I wish they delivered. Lol. I can get all my specialty holiday needs there. All way clean & professional.

Always have a fast a friendly experience here. The items are fairly priced and I always leave with what I need and sometimes more! They are open late and thats perfect for if we get a late start to dinner or just need a snack! The parking lot is always clean and carts are rarely left in the parking spot for long

Able to find almost everything I wanted except for the Lactose milk. The Giant Eagle brand has not been in for my last 3 visits. The meat department was finally open. They are having a staffing issue but so is everyone else. The shelves were stocked and that always good.

I got everything I needed and more! Bakery excellant! I love the greeting cards department as well!! Very nice and decent prices! Nice convenience! I like the store giving us a break for bringing our own bags in. Could be a bit better but none the less, it's a positive effort.

My goodness, it was packed today and the customer service people were on top of it all. Tremendous sales, huge range of products and the prices were unbeatable. This is not my regular grocery store (it's a distance issue), but the savings on the food definitely made up for my most valuable commodity, time. Great work Giant Eagle!

Always liked this store has little of everything, bakery, deli, sell stamps,lotto, do dry clean have pharmacy. Great sales to draw you in , some things high in price. I really like produce, good wine an cheese's. So pretty much has it all somewhere in the store. Do need more checkout help that's for sure, sometimes there is long line. Store is clean as well as parking is good.

They have the best meat department, great service!!

I went as soon as they opened up people were waiting at the door to get in once inside the store filled up very quickly. The shelves were stocked pretty well had plenty to choose from my wife and I wasted no time getting our stuff and went to check out they had one cashier Helen she was working very hard a lot harder then she should have shame on Giant Eagle for not having adequate help the line stretched all the way back to the pharmacy I just don’t understand why they would not have more help at a time like this they are very lucky to have an employee like Helen
