Skip the hassle of those big box home improvement centers. The people at the Exeter location were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Oh, and you won’t have to go looking for them four aisles away like you would elsewhere.

Great customer service. They didn't have the exact paint that I needed in stock (can't blame them, global shortage on raw materials is affecting everything) but found a suitable replacement so I was able to complete a job that was on a time constraint. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Had my first experience with Sherwin Williams last week, and the customer service was exceptional. It is my new favorite store!! Painting used to give me anxiety, but the staff provided guidance with color and product selection that gave me confidence with my painting project! I won't be stopping at just one room, I'm now having too much fun! Oh, and the paint is top notch!

I've been dealing with this store for a long time, and these guys are always helpful.
However, this last painting project presented no end of problems, and I was on the phone with them constantly, and even went into the store a few times to pick their brains.
I dealt with the manager for the most part, and he went above and beyond the call of duty for me!
Would recommend this store for any do-it-yourselfer, or anyone, for that matter.

Staff is highly knowledgeable, and ensure you purchase the correct paint for the task at hand. They never try to oversell their products. Much more help for the customer at Sherwin Williams than you will find at any big box store.
