There is overnight parking if you park around the back walls, the dock doors are on the right side of the building for Office Depot, backup isn’t in the best situation. Always GOAL.

Ordered a print to be delivered to a business. It never showed up yet was marked delivered with a forged signature. We do not have an employee with the name that was put down. I contacted corporate about the issue and this store called me. They claimed it was delivered for sure but they would do a reprint anyway. Employee seemed to not take it seriously, maybe thought we were lying. We never received the reprint. Not even a confirmation number. If you do choose to order prints from this Office Depot, make sure you pick it up in the store.

This is the second time I come into this store and have a negative experience. Yaw may recall the first one I encountered.

A few moments ago I go to the check out with my item. Two employees were serving other customers. I get it. But, for several minutes I'm standing at the check out. I know they saw me. Neither of the employees said anything to me in regards to service.

However, a customer like them walk into the store and one of the employees greets him loudly. "How are you?".

Humiliated I leave the store.

I will shop in my own community next time.
