Was very stressed in the process of switching my service. I came into the store and was greeted and helped immediately. This visit was 5/15/20. The employees were very nice and I struggled to decide what I wanted to do. I don’t take purchasing anything lightly and they showed great patience. I have found the service to be excellent and my first time with at&t as my provider. I’m glad these employees also were present in person with the pandemic going on and taking precautions during the visit.

Store employees were extremely helpful and professional. Helped me choose my new phone and accessories and make some changes to our contract. They also helped us find ways to save money. Very happy with our visit - better than trying to do everything online.

Adam and Nathaniel were very friendly and knowledgeable. The store’s atmosphere was great as well with music and the UT Football game playing to entertain us while we waited. It was a very important day because our children were getting new phones for the first time. It was an awesome night that we will never forget. Thanks Again!

When I started to switch from Hugh net to AT&T I had 2 go in 5 times before I finally got my cell, direct TV, Internet and home ph connected. I found out they just had a change of management and staffing and I got mixed up on the switch. I do have to say the new manager and the staff were wonderful. They helped me so much and finally got me up and running all at once.. I was calling the store and No one would answer the phone and could not leave messages and you think this would be important for business. I know when I hooked my cell phone with them a year ago that I was double charged and the clerk got on the phone and acted like she was me and giving our my private information. I was not very happy. The new manager was awesome and took care of me and the new clerk thst just started was very nice and this is what this company needed a revamp in their customer service and I think they finally got the staff to do it. I was very happy with how they finally took care of me.

I can't say enough great things about Adam Green, the new manager of the Athens AT&T store. He is just fantastic and goes above and beyond for his customers. He certainly did for my fiance and I and we watched how he did the exact same with every customer who came in the store before taking care of us. Also their district manager is awesome too! If you're looking to get a great deal on cellphone service and want to be treated the way a customer should be please ask for Adam at the AT&T store. Best customer service experience we've had in a while. Thank you so much Adam!
