Helpful, friendly, very loving to my dog,excellent staff !! I only go-to them over petco!! Rose, Lola, and Paris wore out after trip to petsmart and a few treats,lol.

Super friendly and very helpful. Went in for a fish tank and she didn't try to sell me the top of the line. She listened to what I needed and picked out the best one for our families needs. The tank was a perfect fit at home and the gold fish is happy.

Started taking my cats here for grooming services, and Stacy is amazing with them!! My cat Eclipse, who’s too afraid of her own shadow, absolutely loves being pampered by her, and even my grouchy cat, Opal, even calmed down long enough for her bath. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an excellent cat groomer <3 already booking my appointments for the holidays

Chris was EXTREMELY helpful helping me pick the right products to treat my cat for fleas, all while giving me a ton of knowledge! Definitely will be back and will ask for her again!

Karen is the best dog groomer I have ever taken my dog to. He loves her.

Quick and easy pickup even though I had to get an associate to to get my item, I did not see a spot for customers to pick up items on their own, but I think it is because they confirm the order on a tablet... although part of the reason to use pickup is to avoid the checkout line... fortunately I barely waited one minute as there was only one customer ahead of me finishing up...

Had a grooming done and Desiree was great! My dog is very hyperactive and doesn’t like to sit still, and she still did an amazing job on his groom! All the staff I spoke with were extremely friendly

They are the best! Everyone is so friendly and the groomers were amazing and did a wonderful job with my big girl that’s a Great Pyrenees. Yes, customers for life!

They do adoptions for cats and dogs on Saturdays. They are eliminating Sunday donation days. Too much transportation for the animals. So if you want to adopt a an animal has to be on Saturdays now. Friendly staff. They like anywhere and they need more help. But prices are decent and stores clean
