2 words: amazing service. I was out here on Monday to get a new starter for my truck because it wouldn’t start and I immediately go greeted with amazing service. But that’s not the highlight of my visit, during my time here, I was trying to put in the new starter to my truck (now, I’m not too much of a car person so I was struggling). There was this guy that works here, he was a long haired red head, I later found out his name was Michael. He saw that I was struggling and he took it upon himself to help me out during his breaks. I do not know him at all, but I have seen him working here a few times, but he helped me out. This is the definition of selfless service and should be the face of this store, promote him IMMEDIATELY to manager, make him feel his worth at this company because he is definitely someone that any company would love to have! Hell, I’d love to have him as a soldier because he is that hard of a worker and a selfless person. Please promote him immediately to manager or higher!

My catalytic converter got stolen so I got the parts needed and fixed my truck in the parking lot. Good inventory and helpful employees.

Trying to find a lug that was sold out, one person tried to help me by searching it up, wasnt available, they were very friendly and helpful though

Wasilla store the staff was very helpful with my purchase and then also, with the return of a purchase. It was nice to see a store in the valley that DOESN'T treat every return like you are a thief. The manager was great and did the right thing. Walmart would have said fu*k off here's a gift card.

Was looking for an odd ball caliper and they had one! Even put my name on it till closing I got it that day great employees and awesome customer service!

I was helped by Carolyn she was very friendly and has excellent customer service skills. The price for my parts was the best in town. I would recommend checking them out for your automotive needs.

AutoZone rocks. Helped me scan my 4Runner, let me know that the Check Engine Light was an 02 Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1, they sold me the sensor and the wrench to change it. Fixed it in a day. I brought it back in and guy there scanned and cleared the check engine light and now it is good to go. Great group, highly recommend.

Id like to thank Adam's and Jennings for your help. I was having to pay for one battery jump after another to get around this weekend. Auto shops closed,and I needed a battery. I just didn't need one,I needed one installed. These men despite these dangerous weather conditions went outside and helped me. You gentlemen are heros. This company has chosen amazing people.
