AT&T Store

I walked I the Prestonsburg store an in seconds I was greeted with kind, warm smiling faces eager to help me in any way I needed few seconds later I was on my way out the door issue totally resolved thank u Prestonsburg store for everything!

The employees of this store get a 5 plus star writing the service itself is pitiful. I'm told to go to the store and when I get the store. They have no information whatso ever and nobody tries to help them. The employees are fantastic. The store they work at is busy and I'm. There almost daily trying to get my phone service. Correct so anybody that has AT&T service. Do what I'm gonna do, disconnect and run. I've had directv and AT&T cellular phones since at least 2001.
I have never been so disgusted with any service. In the past year it's been pitiful. However note the employees are fantastic

I stopped in at ATT today to check on getting internet service with them. A lady named Raven waited on me and she was so nice and helpful. She answered my questions and was very informative. She gets five stars! I am getting service with them and just waiting for my router to arrive.

Recently went and got me a phone and I love the help the employees gave me. They were so friendly and they helped me get just what I wanted. Definitely would recommend them over Appalachian Wireless.

I just upgraded my cell phone from a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to a Samsung Galaxy S8+. I ordered the new phone online through AT&T. I needed my SIM card & SD card switched over to the new phone. I was scared to do it by myself, so I took it to the AT&T store in Prestonsburg, KY. Raven got me all set up! I also needed a case for my new phone & she sold me a beautiful one with glitter in it that floats around. I'm not very tech savy, so I asked Raven several questions, including how to transfer everything from my old phone to my new one. She was super helpful!! I gave her a hug before I left and went out the door beyond satisfied and with a smile on my face.

I've had a prepaid plan through them for years now, no less than 5, not had any problems, nice people there.
