So we were shopping in this area and decided to take my wife and kiddos into the store and I was amazed... This place has just about every single option of perfumes and colognes, face mask peels to acne skin care and everything between and more... We went the day after Christmas and they had some decent sale items which is always nice... The service on the floor and at checkout was just right on point!!! Very well done management, keep it up

Multiple brands of beauty supplies... convenient and affordable and/or expensive if you want to pay more! A little bit of everything...In my honest opinion!!! I cannot wait till I can go more often! Frankfort Kentucky store....Megan gave us true customer service! I took my daughter, who doesn't wear makeup, to get makeup for a photoshoot. She has a hard skin tone to match but Megan was able to match her near perfectly. She gave recommendations and instructed us on how to use products. I had been to a Macy's store and asked for assistance and I got attitude and an eye-roll to which I and my daughter turned and left the store. Thank you Megan for showing my daughter how true customer service is supposed to be!!

The sales associates are super sweet and are always walking around so if you have questions you won't have to wait long for someone. Also seem non-judgmental which I appreciate wholeheartedly. I am a beginner and I didnt feel like I was "looked down on" or anything.

I have a skin tone that is impossible to match foundations with. I'm also 45 with combination textured skin (but clear). I asked the sales lady for help and she matched me almost immediately with the Tarte brand (my go to). I look fabulous. This lady was fabulous. I love going into this store because the staff are knowledgeable and on top of it.

Clean, well-organized, massive selection. Stay are unfailingly friendly and helpful. You aren't assaulted by two hundred different scents, despite that it is a beauty, hair, & cologne supply store, yayy! Prices range from drugstore level to high-end. Oh yeah...you can get make-up done there.

Love this store. They have prestige and drugstore priced cosmetics all in one spot. As well as their house brand, Ulta Beauty, which is comparable to many high end brands at a fraction of the cost. Ulta rewards help earn in store credit for any item and becoming a platinum member helps earn more money. I recommend joining their store rewards to earn more free beauty. Definitely a beauty lovers store. Friendly staff and nice selection.

The staff were super bubbly and sweet the store is super clean and neat. A lady named Leanne is the best she helped me and my mom find product and she took time to explain what the product did and how much it was. She was so much fun it felt like a fun party inside that sore 100 out of 10.

The people at this store were super friendly and very helpful the day I was there. My mom and I were both there together and if we needed help finding anything they were right there and on top of everything. And if something wasn't in stock they would either order it, or tell us when the next truck would be there with the product.

I went to the one in Columbus Ohio! Great customer service!! I was asked several times if I had any questions or was looking for something specific. I was in and out in no time at all!! Way to go Ulta!!

Love ULTA. Everyone there is so nice. I was looking for a perfume for my daughter for Christmas. It wasn't on the shelf. This young lady said she thought they had a small one in the back. She came back out with a big one. I was more than happy. They go outta there way to help. LOVE ULTA.

What can I say? If you love make-up, this is a place for you! The salon is excellent. I've never had a bad hair experience there. They also have a small clearance section that you can find nice, discounted products that you want (or want to try).

I went in looking for a specific item that I had not been able to find anywhere and did not have time to order from online. The clerk on duty said they didn't carry it but then thought for a moment and suggested an alternative using a total different product made for another purpose that turned out to work just well. Her timely suggestion saved the day.

Can always spend hours at stores like this (💗Sephora) and Frankfort's Ulta was no different. BUT...covid has ruined the best part, as now every single tester bottle is taped shut. Boo. Alas, this store is very clean & friendly.

I enjoy my alone time shopping at Ulta. There's so much to explore, I find a new product that I LOVE, every time I visit. The stagg is always friendly and helpful when I'm searching for something new.

I have had my hair cut and deep conditioning treatment with Abby for the first time here and it was a nice experience. Abby was super friendly and gentle and i absolutely love her service. Worth it

Great customer service. Testers are gross sometimes but that's not their fault I guess.

I wish I'd gotten the name of the girl who helped me. I went in there with an idea of what I wanted and she patiently showed me several products until I could make up my mind. And I found a mascara I've been looking for for months!
