I love this place! Awesome black Friday sales

I had 4 pictures to get custom framed. She was so helpful I couldn't have done it without her.

I spent some time going thru the selection of water color products, reading user info, trying to decide which tube of white paint I should purchase. My white Egret needed some sharper outlines. Regular white water color let background colors bleed through.

I looked at white ink, but said it was transparent. Then I found some $6 tunes on sale and picked up two tunes.

To my surprise, they did the job beautifully.

Had a "mishap" happen with a sketch book 😂🤣😂 young lady that answered the phone was a true treasure!!! She 100% deserves a raise!!! (I had bought a sketch book and a previous customer decided to draw a body part in the very center of the book 😂🤣😂...imagine my surprise...they even utilized some shading) we had a great laugh about it😂🤣😂

It's a neat place to shop....just couldn't get past all the artist "using term loosely" judging others ..but it has some really nice things....please start having Hoodies to purchase...

The staff is always very helpful, and they go out of their way to help with questions about projects or products. I can get most anything I need for projects and the prices are competitive with most online stores and other brick and mortar stores as well. They offer different classes as well, and framing services.

The store was very organized and clean. It was easy to find what I needed and the employee were very helpful and nice.

I go here about every week and each time they have rearranged the store and have added new items. Staff is super friendly and the points/rewards system they have has been really useful!

This stor has a lot of items of arts & crafts. However, some of the isles in the store could have been wider so that a electric chair could get through more better. Some were really narrow. I was glad that the store had a electric chair available for customers that was nice.

This is by far my favorite store in all of frankfort. The staff is wonderful. They have an amazing selection of crafts supplies, and I always know where to find what I need. The sales are very reasonable, and coupons are always available. I have had great experiences with the framing department as well. The staff there is very knowledgeable and was able to help me get the perfect framing done for a father's day gift. So glad this store is here!!!!

Always enjoy this place. Did find some interesting items for later. Just didn't find that "thing" I was looking for this time

I drove from Louisville to this one. I couldnt even find the cricut display at the Louisville store. Nothing looked organized. Frankfort however! Frankfort had at LEAST 3 of the cricuts I was looking for.and many supplies to go with it. Their jewelry sections seemed larger and more oranized. Everything was very nice in the Frankfort store and they definitely got more of my business because it was nice inside. The staff was very nice as well and the cashier seemed genuine when she said have a good job. Its nice to take a peaceful drive and go on a craft supply stash and have lovely.people help you throughout the day!

Im a creative person and Michaels has everything I need to persue my art. They are more known as an art & crafts store but they are beginning to stock more art supplies. And they are the only art-type store in my area. If they were more art than crafts, their prices might be a little better but in general, I have no serious complaints. Ordering online for pickup is easy.

Every person I have encountered in the framing department is knowledgeable and helpful. Twice, I have had the pleasure of working with Carol in the Frankfort store. She is friendly, professional and has a great eye for color and design. She went out of her way to help us frame a treasured piece of art that my husband will proudly display in his office. Carol helped us stay within our budget, while giving us royal treatment. I would highly recommend Michaels to my friends and family.

Fun place to shop. People are friendly and helpful, even if it isn't their department. And I always find quality, unique items.

I love Micheals they have all the arts and crafts supplies I need. I do a good bit of crocheting you see so I buy yarn all the time and Micheals is my go to place to get yarn. There are always good deals and discounts so there's always something worth getting.

Love Michael's but somehow they always seem to be 1 shy of whatever I am needing. Usually a different location so I can't take away any stars.

Great place to go if you're working on an arts or crafts project, and surprisingly affordable compared to other options available locally. Their selection is great, I always find myself coming up with new ideas there.
