Stopped by here Tonite, to pick up some kicks for my Lil'girl's, Staff was very friendly & helpful. Being a single dad w/3 daughter's can be a bit overwhelming at times, so thank You Ladies/Staff at shoe carnival for helping me, meet the needs/wants of my daughter's. The store is clean and it has a lot of good, quality shoes in all sorts of styles and sizes. The staff that were there were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed. The checkout was quick. The shoes are priced as one would expect, but they offer lots of discount coupons if you are on their email list!

I love this shoe store the customer service is always amazing and they are all so sweet. I’m always greeted at the door and have never had any problems. I typically find the shoes I’m looking for anytime I’m in there but when I can’t they always give me the opportunity to order shoes online and they get shipped super fast! The prices aren’t too bad either. Great store!

Had work boots perfect for my husband and in his size. He was happy which makes me happy.

This store has a great staff and their prices are great. I like their selection of shoes and their rewards program is great. I like how if you dont find a pair of shoes they can get you a pair sent straight to your home at no extra charge.

I love Shoe Carnival. I've been a loyal customer for more than 10 years, and never had a bad experience at any of their locations.
This trip was no exception. I bought a new pair of memory foam flip flops to replace my old pair that was falling apart.
I'll be back when running shoes wear out.

We ended up here looking for my wife shoes to help for diabetic issues. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the sales associate’s name but what a tremendous help she was! She not only made a knowledgeable and awesome recommendation, but she went so far as to help her put them on and laced them up to wear out of the store!! Thank you Shoe Carnival of Frankfort!

Found the shoes I needed very fast. Pleasant shopping experience.

I went to Shoe Carnival today (5/25/19) with Sketcher shoes that I had bought on 3/13/19. I had had the shoes for just over two months and they had started to fall apart inside. Shoe Carnival allowed me to replace the shoes even after the 60 day return policy! I was so grateful that they allowed me to get replacement shoes.

I like the clearance section! They literally have the cutest shoes with a big selection! I got my favorite elastic back tennis shoes from here!
