Much better than Cooley Medical. I tried to go to Cooley medical on Monday for a knee brace, called their brace fitter at opening on Wednesday for him to be in a "meeting", and went here on Friday and got fitted and went home with a brace in one meeting. Cooley Medical still hasn't gotten in touch with me.

Worst Customer service ever!! I would never had left even one star but had to so I could leave a review. Over 5 weeks and never once a delivery of oxygen cylinders promise after promise. Then when I called to tell them that my mother has an appointment at the MD and must have her oxygen because she is on 4LITERS of O2 the man got offended and hung up on me. All
I wanted was a YES or NO ANSWER will the oxygen be delivered. He wanted me to talk to his manager. I told him it didn’t matter to me but all I needed to know was will the oxygen be delivered tomorrow since they have never made a delivery to her house. His defense was he wasn’t going to be talked to like that! Then he hung up on me! I guess direct questions and expecting a direct answer is offensive this day and time. I would highly direct anyone to go elsewhere. Plus, this was set up from the hospital that did not give us the option to CHOSE !! Which they are required to do!! It is the patients choose!!
