It's a great place to meet up with your friends, you can do with my friends usually do after breakfast, they go and do grocery shopping which is perfect you're already there.

We used the insurance service located in the mall and ate at the pizza place in this strip mall, and it's clean area friendly people. We didn't get a chance to go into the grocery store, but it looks great, and I'm sure it is great!

Best Chinese food, brisket and pulled pork dinners. Wonderful cafe and fresh food. Shopping is pretty good too.

Picked up Chinese food! It was great. Got to portions out of it. They always give large portions!

This place is great. the Deli is amazing. This is really a jewel of the suburban area. People complaining about this place are just spoiled debutantes. The staff are very nice. I have watched them handle some real typical Island KooKoo bird people without being rude to them. More than I could do!

Wish we had a store like this on the mainland. Ever good food for single people. We are out of town workers some we come here to get dinners. The pizza is good but I wish my boss would just let you guys cook it. Always ends up getting forgotten in the oven and over cooked. Don't know how you guys are but I'm sure it would be better.

I asked if he could help me find something, and he quickly said it was only his 5th day, but he was ready to try! I showed him a picture of the item (NotMilk) and his face lit up... he knew where it was, and it was the first item he found on his own!
Him being pleased with himself was very nice to see. I could tell it boosted his confidence, and it made me smile by proximity.

Nice place for everyday grocery. They have early hour shopping for seniors and a cart washer! 🛒 Very thoughtful.

Although I work at this particular location, the service that I receive from fellow employees, either while working or on my day off, is better than I have received at other larger chains! The best grocery store on the South Island! You’ll never find an empty shelf whereas all the other grocery stores are unable to fully stock. You MUST order from their Chinese food hot counter. Biggest portions anywhere. And be sure to check out upstairs - A Step Above - for cool home goods and look for the $500.00 toaster while you’re there!

Had a great experience here, my first time at a Quality Foods.
I bought a bonsai pussywillow tree that was potted and about 1.5 ft high for $20.
The cashier lady was cheerful, kind and professional.
The store was very clean and well organized.
I used to work for a food chain for many years, so I look for these things.

Can we just take a moment to applaud the effort put into this place to ensure customers have a top notch experience. The staff are friendly, accommodating and warm towards customers, you can find almost anything (don't count on finding a variety of ethnic ingredients-which I can live with). Tuesdays are always the best days to shop, because of their managerial specials and $1.50 deals. Oh boy, do they have some amazing deals. Their bakery, what a bakery, full of baked goods at absolutely amazing prices ( I guarantee you will not find another bakery that will come close to their prices). What else can I say, a round of applause to whomever is in charge of this place, a job well done.

I love going to the Quality Foods Upstairs cafe with my clients. Yuko, the manager of the cafe, is such a delightful and hard working person. She always treats us with kindness, respect and she has a great sense of humour! Not to mention, she makes a wonderful cup of coffee. We are all so grateful for her!

Good store with all the different departments easy to find and well filled up with stock. Fruits and veggies are always fresh and this is a great place when you need a discount grocery store.
