When I asked a worker to help with register as no one came, she explained that it wasn’t her job and she could only help with the dressing rooms and other customers. Waited for a very long time as she walked and helped everyone else. Very bad for a place that charges so much. Obviously not the staffs fault, but perhaps they should have more employees.

I already left a review before. But had the urge to come back and update it. Every time I come here the experience in the store and dealing with who works there is extremely pleasant . Kelly and Kat both provide such amazing customer service and are extremely nice . Highly recommend shopping here.

So helpful! I went in today for an exchange and every single employee was helpful and friendly. They checked for my size in the back and helped figure out solutions to my size being unavailable. Great team!! So happy I was helped by such a friendly and helpful team of humans.

Great customer service. I have been to many express stores and this one in particular is very friendly. Staff is helpful and easy returns as well. As per my personal experience I would highly recommend visiting this store.

I came in to buy a pair of dark jeans and Michelle helped me out. She was very pleasant and so helpful that I ended up buying like 4 jeans and a shirt! Well, there was a great sale going on too but Michelle and the staff at Express Factory Outlet made the experience very enjoyable. 5 stars across the board for excellent customer service!

Laura was so knowledgeable on every part of the outfit we chose from head to toe, from start to finish and not to mention all while handling other customers simultaneously. Thank you , my new go-to spot.

I came in the store looking for a suit for a wedding this weekend and I could not find my size, Tyshena then noticed and approached me asking if she can help with anything, I then explained my situation and she was being very patient and respectful, she got on the phone and was calling multiple stores trying to find my size until she did. Without her I wouldn’t be able to get exactly what I wanted, not everyone is like that these days so it was highly appreciated

I was in there today to just look at ideas for a suit for a memorial service I’ll be attending Linda and Ty came to help me and were absolutely amazing with their help I was able to find a suit I liked and when I went to checkout and saw I was able to get it because of the cc for the store I was so exstaic and so were they I ended up leaving with not just the suit but everything else needed. Shoes shirt tie socks and sunglasses. They were so sweet and so helpful and made this experience amazing it really was the highlight of the week for me. I will be recomding this store specifically to my friends and will be back to shop for sure! To whoever is in charge of this store these two women embody amazing customer service and deserve every award and accolade possible!

Tonight my boyfriend an I decided to go to the mall to find a suit for a wedding. We looked in Jcpenny there was nothing. We decided to go to Macy’s. On our way to Macy’s we stopped in Express. A young man greeted us as we entered Express and we asked him where the suits were located. He pointed to us in the right direction. The young man went to doing what he was doing. My boyfriend an I were looking trying to mix match shirts with pants. Nothing seemed to work. My boyfriend ended up confronting the young man stating “It looks like you have style I really need your help.” With no hesitation at all the young man helped us and that young mans name is KELLY ! Kelly is FANTASTIC and he styled my boyfriend from head to toe with the perfect outfit for the wedding he has to attend. Thank you so much Kelly hopefully for more occasions you can style my boyfriend !!!
