This is my favorite store EVER. Stopped by this boutique while in town and it's my go to for all things. Not only do they have really quality affordable pieces in store and online, they have incredible customer service. USPS had some issues with delivering my package while I was on vacation, and the owner has been incredible in making sure I get my item. I was in town for work for a few days and stopped at this store as I was walking to dinner after parking. I ended up with a new outfit to wear to dinner! The woman at the store was awesome, helped me find everything I needed, hyped me up when I was worried about an aspect of the outfit and made sure I was totally comfortable. She provided me with a bag to take my old clothes I was able to wear the outfit out of the store and felt amazing. Everyone loved the shirt and it's now one of my most favorite 😍

Absolutely LOVE this store! Anytime I'm in need of a new outfit, whether it be casual or dressy, Refinery Company is always my first stop! Their clothes are stunning, and I always find something (often many things) to purchase. I also love their jewelry, and all the different options they have! AND the candles they carry are AMAZING! They smell so nice and last a long time!! Perfect for gifts or to use to unwind after a long day. Furthermore, their staff is unmatched. The girls are very helpful and accommodating. If I need advice or recommendations with outfits, they are always happy to help. I recommend Refinery to everyone I can!

Where to begin! The store is always so clean, organized and topped off with super friendly and informed professional staff. They assist each customer based upon that individual. If you need to be walked through each outfit piece and accessory they will do just that. If you’re looking to browse and not engage much at all they will stay back and field any questions or comments as they come. The store appeals to so an array of demographics. Foundation wardrobe pieces to the trend of the day and everything in between without it being an overbearing shop. In all my time shopping there I have always come away with being impressed and thrilled with my merch! I highly recommend it - you can thank me later!

With a wedding date quickly approaching and after two LONG years of stress, moving to a new town, keeping up w my little people and pandemic blues, to say I wasnt feeling very confident in my ability to find anything to wear (besides black tights and a teeshirt), would be a colossal understatement.

Refinery to the rescue! Kelly, Lisa and Sherry helped me get my act together and gave me a huge confidence boost. They helped me w sizing, styling, accessorizing and even hooked me up w an amazing makeup artist.

Cool little clothing botique located right in the middle of phoenixville. We got my wife a very nice romper from here. The staff assisted us through the process and were very professional.

A welcoming and nice store. I made a purchase, and entered a raffle for an item I picked out. I won the item, and it was mailed to me out of town with more grace and kindness.

First visit to refinery with daughter and granddaughter. Beautiful selection. Found some items for both. We will be back!

A nice selection of clothes but think twice before you buy. Returns are not encouraged and a store credit is given instead of a refund. The credit receipt I was given ( not a gift card!) was misplaced and store was unable to bring up my info shortly after purchase was made. Pandemic happened. Life happened and when i came across the receipt the store refused to honor the credit and offered us a 20% discount instead.

Absolutely terrible experience! Was browsing the store with my 14 month old and friend and was greeted by a very rude young girl! She rolled her eyes at us and it was clear she seemed to think we were too old to shop here and treated us with utter disrespect despite us being 10 years older than her. She could not even make eye contact and sat on her butt on her phone the entire time. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism (not to mention maturity) by the young employee at this store. Will not be stopping by again!
