No issues with customer service like some other reviewers, staff was friendly. Why only three stars? Pricing. After stopping in to get some juice and a few days later, replacement pods, I found pricing online and at other local smoke shops for the same products to be much better. Giving the number of smoke shops local to the Skippack area, the gas used for the extra driving distance would pay for itself. Would I shop here again? Can't say never but it would likely only be if I'm in a pinch.

Save your money, even if you're if your desperate. The guy in there is pretty difficult to get answers or advice from. Possibly a language barrier so I'll cut the guy a little slack but do your research beforehand.

Everything in there is WAY WAY overpriced. A a manual RYO cigarette machine is literally $100.00. They're like 28 bucks on amazon. An electric one is like 40 dollars on amazon. I bought a small bag of menthol tobacco for 20 dollars out of desperation because everyone else was out for a 4 hour lunch.

Not a great experience and i cant imagine what kind of markup he has on the vapes.

Do not buy from here I came in told them what juice I wanted. I asked the girl specifically that it wasn’t the menthol one she told me it wasn’t so I left went home and realized it was and came back to try and get the right juice and they told me that they couldn’t trade it or give me my money back. Come to find out they didn’t even have the non menthol one so I feel like they did that on purpose. Bunch of crooks!!

They advertise they open at 10a. Stopped many times before work and they are still closed around 11am.
I'll take my business somewhere else.

He won't replace defective products. What a shame

Prices are high which I pay for convenience being I'm only a mile away from there location , 1 star for them being closed during listed business hours for the 3rd time. I will now gladly drive a further distance for the principal
