Love this place. My guys taking care of business down there. Very professional and cool. They are all very knowledgeable which is a MAJOR plus when your purposely putting things into your body for a reaction (pause) but all and all...I love it there. It's like a family low key AND they even have a membership type of card where you can get a percentage off after stacking points.

Best place to go for all your vaping/ smoking needs. The selection of products is huge and there's always more stuff coming in. BUT what really makes this place is their staff! They know their products and are super friendly to deal with. Their prices are worth a trip to check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent and quick service. The young woman greeted everyone with a smile and helped me pick out a great gift for my husband. She had great suggestions and information for me (I had no idea what I was looking for) and the other staff there was super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely be a returning customer and now so will my husband. Thank you so much VIP and staff! :)

Always a pleasant experience. The shop is clean with an extensive selection, the people who work here are always friendly and exceptionally helpful in making suggestions to fit my preferences, and prices are reasonable. I like the discount card as well. Even though I don’t live in the area anymore I still go out of my way to come here on my way to work. Best shop in the area, imo.

If i don't know something, the staff will tell me, they help you in any way possible and make your experience both informative and successful every time, all are friendly people as well .The store has an immense selection of batteries and flavors. Go here for all vape needs.

I only shop here for my vapes n vape accessories. The employees are knowledgeable an very friendly. Love those guys/ an girl! Lol if u need help with a new mode they know there stuff have helped me on many occasions! Much love!!

VIP is now my sole proprietor of vapes and vaping products they have a huge selection from disposables to glass to box Mod and tank accessories. The associates are always very knowledgeable and the customer service is honestly the best in my near 15 year experience of vaping I can honestly say VIP and the staff that work at the blue bell location is one of the best vape shops I’ve ever been too. The customer service is really outstanding at this place even going in for a couple of wraps they’ll go out of their way to make sure you get fresh ones, how many places can You name that go out of there way with service like that??! 5 stars every time.

Number one vape shop in the area. The guys are super helpful and knowledgeable. ( I'm sorry I dont know there names). Always super friendly and patient if you are unsure what you might want. Hands down best vape shop. Best product at best prices and friendliest staff. My home vape store. Swing by you won't regret it. However heads up you can't say the word weed in there or you will be removed. Don't say I didn't warn your stubborn self.

Everybody there is super friendly and helpful. They have an amazing selection of kratom. They have really good prices/deals and I love that they have a rewards program. Also open super late which is nice.

Since the very first time my coworker and I found this place, we have been loyal patrons. We love it! The place is immaculate! Everything is organized and easy to navigate. By the time you get to the counter there is someone there, not only to greet you with a smile, but to really take the time to make sure you get what you need. If your new to vaping they will guide you to what’s right for you. And if your a veteran they most always have what you need.
All the employees/owners all super helpful and take genuine time with each customer to ensure satisfaction. But we really love Marcus! He is an absolute joy ❤ If you want to experience the highest level customer service from a sweet, honest, funny, handsome (co-worker) man, stop in here next time you need any of your vape shop needs. And on top of all that...their prices are great!

great shop. and even better i can walk to it. great selection of wraps, cigars, water pipes, tobacco pipes, vape tanks and mods, accessories, etc. The ejuice selection is great. All the prices are reasonable and fair. The owner and employees are all top notch, very willing to help, and will take good care of you. They have a card punch kind of program with great deals after 10 purchases. I just found my new favorite smoke shop. I hope it lasts.

Jordan was great. He knows his juice inventory well and had many recommendations on my flavor palate. They have a lot of mods and a fairly wide juice selection. Their juice prices are especially nice. It is definitely the best vape shop in the area for your vape needs. I will be back to get more juice soon.
