Absolute pleasant surprise. I had the opportunity to witness the manager of this store being generous and kind in a situation that would have been very unpleasant to any other person, especially a female. She had to deal with a very scary and unusual customer. This customer was completely aggressive and out of control. The manager handled the situation with patience and grace. She never lost her cool and was respectful to a customer that didn’t deserve it at the time. The customer was having a really bad day, I guess and took it completely out on this manager. I wish I knew who this lady’s boss is because I would like to tell them how fortunate they are to have her. All of my business in batesville will be done at this store from now on.

The manager at this store is always so friendly and in a good mood! Always have a positive experience when I go in. I buy a different brand than they usually carry, and she has made sure to keep it in stock for me. Love this place!

It was clean and the cashier was very pleasant and hospitable I didn't see anything wrong with the store I would say I'd go there if I was using any of that kind of stuff did they sell even go in for a pop can pop any kind of pop pop ups just being funny anyways a nice place to go I walked in and she was very friendly prices are good

Always have my smokes in stock and smiling from ear to ear- they answer questions and assist with no trouble at all. A few even know my order, lol!
