We purchased a new living room set today. I was very pleased with the customer service. These ladies were very informative with our many questions and made the buying process so easy! We will be purchasing from them again in the near future!!

Came in to purchase a new sofa for my house and sha did an awesome job explaining everything I needed to know about the sofa and their protection plan. Had a wonderful experience will be coming back for my further purchases.

Just bought a sofa from them with protection plan and it's right side legs were already destroyed and unable to get any assistance on replacing it, manufacturers says im not on file , the protection plan said they don't cover sofas. Edit after going up to the store I was able to get replacement parts parts and was able to put them on. The store manager Shae, reached out through t the day to make sure it was taken care of she went above and beyond to help. Thank you Shae

Bought my mother a recliner today 2/ 11 /24 Sha was our salesperson. very nice young lady, very helpful and not pushy, Big thanks for that knew her merchandise. My 86 year old mother was actually comfortable trying out the different recliners. Sha and the young man there both made a difference. Thanks Sha

Scott is an awesome guy. We had a tight budget after buying our house, he worked with us like a friend would. We figured we'd have to furnish our house a couple things at a time but this man made it happen in one trip...we got a giant sectional, huge ottoman, matching armchair, 2 bed platforms, a beautiful rug, even 2 sets of sheets and 7 throw pillows for what we planned on spending on a couch. I recommend American Freight to anyone who is frustrated with gimmicks and salesman games. Talk to Scott, you'll see...awesome guy. Shop around and see for yourself, hands down the best business I've ever shopped for furniture at. Huge selection, it's all great quality. I cannot say enough good about this store and this man. We were exhausted with all the different stores and all their shady scam payment schemes. Save the energy and see furniture being sold the way it should be.

These guys are just the best! Super friendly and not pushy at all. We really liked how they respect your needs to shop without trying to sell you something before you even get in the door.

Austin was nice, friendly and very insightful with input on meeting our needs for tiny house and pets. He was able to get a super sweet deal!

The delivery guy was super awesome too. He helped get our recliner inside- no trouble at all and loved our place.

Overall, we will definitely be doing more of our furniture shopping here! Affordable prices and the staff’s awesome folks! :)
