Walmart Supercenter

My prescriptions were all messed up ,not because of Walmart. Grace took control of the situation and I left there at 703 pm with my medicine. Thanks Grace your awesome.

My husband and I have been Walmart+ members for over 3 years now! We absolutely LOVE the FREE delivery, FREE shipping, and saving at least 10 cents of a gallon of gas! Everyone at Walmart is so kind. We always get a kind greater, and the employees go beyond to help their customers!

Quick trip. Honestly, I love batesville walmart. Everyone is usually friendly. And I've never had a problem with needing products of any kind. They always seem to be fairly stocked.

I do a lot of store pick up. When I do go in the staff is always helpful.

Awesome customer service, want to say, that if I ever need to ask a question a out anything in walmart, if I run up on Mike prince, or kiven the Manger, I always get Awesome customer service from them, if I need to find a product they will take me to it, and spend all the time with me has needed, and also a awesome job billy is doing from service desk to customer service.

I really appreciate the convenience of self checkout and the ability to pickup when needed..the only issue I ever have is one employee at the batesville Arkansas location always stops me at the door to see my receipt…very embarrassing and rude..

Because it's Walmart! !!!! As much as I really don't like to go to Walmart I really do like the fact that I can get everything I need at one place. Thank you Walmart! I really love their curbside pickup! Now that I'm a Walmart+ member I am most definitely utilizing my free delivery benefit! Love it!

Visited there like I do often, they had a young lady Leah that usually works in the bakery training new people in the deli... It was a diff department then what she usually works & she was having to train new employees.. She was very kind, served us in a very fast amount of time! She needs a raise, and to the rude customers that were being mean to them even though you knew they were doing thier very best ( with a smile on thier face) you knew the situation & still decided to yell?? For one they waited on you promptly( as you also cut in line in front of me & 2 other customers) used inappropriate foul language & acted down right a fool. These workers in the deli deserve a raise & a huge bonus, plus a customer service award for how kind they continued to be even tho u did NOT deserve thier grace. Attn: supervisors & managers make sure that your employees are treated with respect, like all places of business you reserve the right to refuse to serve anyone who acts like they did! Exercise that right so you don't loose good employees! I value a good employee!

At least 95% of the time you can find some one to do what you need done or find what you want

Busy place I was there with some friends and one went in to get some oil while I was sitting in the parking lot I realized I needed to use the bathroom and I went to the bathroom while he shopped

Bought eyeglasses service friendly and experienced, got glasses in 2 days relatively inexpensive for 2 pair.

Friendly, Knowledgeable staff.

This location typically has everything I need. Not only that but the shelves are always stocked neatly. To top it off there are plenty of self checkout lines open so I never find myself standing in line waiting.

Clean and friendly with a large inventory that will suit your every need and want!

Of course had a list that took me to all four corners of the store. It's very clean, and at my 8:15 visit there was almost no crowd at all. Associate in toys and sporting goods was very helpful and was quick to assist in giving me a cart that I had failed to grab at the front. Went through self check and CS Asso. Was very friendly and quick to assist as well. Top of their game at this store...

Good experience. Employees were helpful and store seemed pretty clean

So crowded at this time of the month we did self check without problems no complaints at this time

I've always preferred Walmart over anywhere else.
