The shoe clerk was extremely helpful and very friendly. I also witnessed her taking care of an elderly lady. She was so careful with her and helped her find the perfect shoe that helped her walk with more stability. Awesome employee 👏 👌

This is a good store that we are lucky to have in Henderson. I've been in twice and was very happy to be greeted both times and helped with what I was looking for. The people are especially knowledgeable and willing to look up anything they need to help you. I hope people will continue to support Shoe Sensation in Henderson!

first time I have been in the store since they opened. Extremely impressed !!! Nice, clean, bright and tons of shoes to choose from. They are good quality brands, too. The personal were so happy and pleasant to be around. Carried on light cheerful conversations and helped me find exactly what I needed. Henderson, Texas has been needing a store like this for a long time.....

This was my first visit to this store. Both ladies working went way beyond normal. The first lady assisted me to they type of shoes I was looking for but there were none in the color I was needing in the store. She found them online but when trying to complete the order there was a problem. So the second lady stepped in to help stating, "We're going to fight this for you." And she was successful ordering my shoes. Then we noticed the price was not the same as the ones I picked out. So she went to work again with success. Not only was order completed with the correct price, they will be shipped to my address before our church Valentines Banquet. THANK YOU LADIES! I will definitely return to this store for any shoe purchase in the future and will recommend them to anyone who asks me about my new shoes!

I was in there on the 12th. They were so helpful and got exactly what I was looking for.

It was really awesome as soon as we walked in they was so helpful there customer service is like unbelievably outstanding. I have never been to a store where the service was this good they moved things out of the way so we could get through with our walkers she even helped me get my mom to the car and carried her bags out since we was both using walkers my mom got two pairs of boots that she loves oh yes we definitely will be back.

I hope your enthusiasm for your customers continues past the Grand Opening. Plenty of staff on hand, let me browse on my own, but still asked if I needed help finding anything, extra staff helped with the checkout process when a line formed, interacted with customers in a friendly, helpful way.
