I live in Nacogdoches Texas and drive 40 miles to Henderson Texas. I have had many years and as many dentists work on my dental health while living in Michigan until I moved here for work in 2018. These folks were recommended highly and with good reason. Nearly pain free!! Fantastic results!! Do yourself and your smile the favor of their expertise!!!

It was an extremely wonderful experience for my wife and myself. Our first visit reminded me of how much I miss great customer service. My faith has been renewed. The staff was very responsive in keeping our appointment on time as well as making us feel like part of their family. The exam and dental treatment was very safe and efficient.

They got me in & out in a timely manner. They really make you feel at ease. Been going to Henderson Family Dental since 2011. Dr. Brian Jackson has always done an excellent job of taking care of me & my teeth. All of the dental hygienists do a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth also. All of the staff are very friendly & professional. I highly recommend Henderson Family Dental.

I have been a patient at Henderson Family Dentistry for about a year and the experience has been great. Dr. Jackson is a very skilled dentist who cares about and listens to his patients. At my initial consultation, he explained clearly what my options were, what the different costs would be and how my insurance would cover throughout the process. He came up with a plan that I have been able to financially manage for several months and finally get the dental work I have needed for a long time to get my smile back.The Dental Assistants as well as the Receptionists are caring and professional. You are in good hands every step of the way at this dental office.

This was my first time to visit Henderson Family Dentistry for treatment. However, my wife has been a patient of Dr. Brent Jackson over the past few months. She spoke highly of Dr. Jackson and I have to say everything she said about him is correct. After Rachel (the dental hygienist) did a wonderful job checking and cleaning my teeth, Dr. Jackson completed his examination. I found him to be personable, skilled, and informative. I have definitely found a dentist I can be happy with for many years to come. I highly recommend Henderson Family Dentistry.

All my children love Dr Brian Jackson and all the staff! They are always wonderful and kind with my kids! Today my youngest (4y/o) had a couple cavities filled and he just told me "Dr Brian did a great job today on my teeth mom, he didn't even hurt me at all" Too precious not to share!

My 3 year old daughter had a checkup. I’ve been taking her to Henderson family dentistry since she was 6 months old (my goal being to make it not so scary), and today was the first checkup they actually cleaned her teeth with all the tools. The hygienist, Karen, was so great with her!! I cannot say enough good things about her! She showed her all of the tools and what each tool did, she was patient, and made her feel right at home with a cozy blanket and cartoons! Dr. Brian came and checked all her teeth, he blew up a glove balloon for her and made it fun! If you want your kiddo to have the best experience possible definitely go to Henderson Family Dentistry and let Karen work her magic!

I have used this clinic for over 5 years since using my previous dentist for over 40 years. My waiting time for my cleaning appointments have been minimal. Friendly & professional staff. I was first assigned to Megan for my cleaning appointments and she has been pleasant and always made my visits a positive experience. I have been assigned to her most frequently, however the other staff hygienists have been pleasant to deal with also. They work with me on my appointments and services to stay in line with insurance requirements. I have no reservations in reccomending Henderson Family Dentistry. Sincerely, jim cowart

100% found my new dentist. For years I've had issues and even I finally set up my first appointment they were able to solve two issues in one day. They were very nice, patient, and made my comfort priority. I appreciate what everyone involved did, and although my anxiety about going is still there, my fear of having a dentist that doesn't care about what I'm feeling and not feeling is gone.

Henderson Family Dentistry is by far the best place to go. They make you feel like family. I took my daughter there and she is horrified of the dentist. They made her feel comfortable and she did great! This was the first dentist office that was able to do this! I highly recommend them!

The absolute best dentists, hygienists, and staff around!! We have been going to Henderson Family Dentistry for years. We always get called back in a timely manner. I feel like the dentists, hygienists and staff really care about their patients. I saw Karen today and she did such a great job. Very highly recommend!

Came in for an emergency and the staff were very welcoming. The dentist treated me as if I were coming there the past 10 years. He didn't just go his job and move on he took the time to sit down and listen to you. I will definitely return

I had extensive work done by Dr. Brian a few years ago, and the work was fantastic. I couldn't believe the before and after pictures, and for the most part pain free. The staff is extremely nice and professional. It's a great place for dental health care for the entire family. 5 stars.

Dr. Brent and his whole Staff at HFD are the absolute best!! I make the drive from Longview to Henderson, just to keep Brent as my Dentist going on 13 years now!! 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Krysti really put me ease while doing my intake and x-rays. She rocks as a dental assistant! And Dr. Kent Thigpen is just the kindest, most gentle, thorough dentist you could ever ask for.
