Holiday Inn Express & Suites Henderson-Traffic Star, an IHG Hotel

I really enjoyed my stay . The free breakfast is the best. The pool was clean and best of all the staff was super professional and kind! The environment was safe and peaceful. I’ll definitely return to the location if ever in town again.

This was a nice hotel to stay at. Small towns don't always have the best selection but this one is a good choice. Free breakfast included.

The hotel is under renovation, the room we stayed in was very nice, it had a separate sitting area too. Breakfast, juices, cereal, and muffins. Yes, 5 stars

The guy that works nights needs a raise he's amazing and also the rooms were perfect the pool was perfect everything was wonderful

We have stayed here several times while visiting family in the area. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean and ready to go when we get there. We look forward to staying there again soon.

Travelled here for a funeral and they helped make it this experience as easy as possible. The staff catered to the entire family ( we had 7 rooms) our entire stay. They made us feel at home when we needed the comfort of home ❤

Everyone was very nice and courtious. The room was clean smelt great. Breakfast was plentiful and tasted great. Turkey sausage a plus for me. The people at breakfast were also very nice. Checking to see if everything was fine.

Great experience. Whatever management is doing it works. Fast friendly service. Great rooms. Cold A/C. And to my surprise a pretty awesome breakfast options and taste wise. Highly recommend

The staff was incredible. Caroline at the front desk went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed to make my stay a good one. Breakfast in the morning was always ready on time and fresh. Convieniently located on 259 it makes it easy to get were you need to go

Stayed out here for a night, hotel was nice and easy check in. Didn't realize i booked an ADA room, which was a little odd with the walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub in the main room, but was still nice. Cool AC, nice TV and quiet all night.

The staff went out of there way for us. Room was super comfortable and clean. I can't imagine anyone having a bad experience at this property.

Great stay! Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, friendly staff. We stayed because we had a girls trip! Pool and hot tub was a real bonus!

My car broke down in Henderson, and the staff went out of their way to look up automotive shops that were open on Saturday, not only that but DROVE me to my broken down car. Above and beyond customer service. Rooms were nice and very clean.

The front desk personnel I interacted with was very helpful. A friend of mine was ill in the lobby. He was right there helping calm her and providing wet wash rags. He then called the EMS.
