Big 5 Sporting Goods

This Big 5 has an excellent selection of sporting goods for our area. There is good fishing near the Carson Valley and they carry a very reasonably priced light weight fishing shirt by Pacific Trail. I have gone back and purchased several of these shirts. Customer service has always been excellent too!

I was looking for a UV protective canopy. I found exactly what I was looking for and not too expensive at $59.00 plus tax. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The canopy was very quick to setup.

Took a while to find shoes for my Granddaughter's birthday. Gentleman In shoes helped us. Very hard to find shoes for a 11-year-old that has adult size feet. she's needs a narrow shoe which it is impossible to find.

Carson Valley and Minden Big 5's personnel are always very nice and helpful.
I would suggest to everyone sign up for for there email one day specials. I have saved a lot of $$$ on quality merchandise.

They were really helpful. We stopped in to pick up a few things we had forgotten for our trip. While they were out of stock on the item we liked, they offered us the display model. Really made our choice to visit a positive.

I got the help I need . They ask me what I was looking for . A pair of work shoes . Not bad price under $ 50

Staff was friendly and we were asked by several if we needed anything or if they could answer any questions. Sadly, their ammunition supply was nearly nonexistent, but not the stores fault, and was sort of expected, I'm sure many people are stocking up just like we are due to recent events.

We got a warm welcome, very friendly and had a lot of fun there. Greetings from the Austrians came in in shorts looking for warm jackets. :)

They have all my fishing gear needs for basic trout fishing it's easy to get your hunting fishing license And the cashiers are friendly. They also have a nice supply of guns and ammunition. The Dollar store is next door. That's a plus too I guess.

We got here five minutes before closing for a last minute purchase but they didn't rush us out. They were still extremely helpful. Excellent customer service

The staff where super helpful and have us great customer service. Found everything we were looking for. The drive there was nice too.
