AT&T Store

Had an amazing experience here about 2 weeks ago. Came in to upgrade husbands phone, but left with my phone being upgraded as well, both phones set up with everything transferred and my overall bill being lowered! I can’t say enough how thankful I am for their assistance. Would recommend anyone in need of ATT products or services to come to this store even if it is out of your way.

The guy who helped me was nice I never got his name but he was multitasking like crazy. Legit helping 3different people plus me . I thought I would've waited longer when I saw that and I didn't. He got me in and out then offered to change my case as well! Great customer service there was never a lapse in his kindness I appreciate it! Thank u!

Honestly, the only reason why I’m putting five stars is because of your employee Jordan. She works in the a.m. and she’s such a help. Without her as a AT&T worker at that branch I don’t think my day would went as smooth as it did. She was very patient, she made sure to answer all my questions. She even answered questions I didn’t even know I had. If this employee has not got the recognition, please promote her or show her some love. She really does go above and beyond. Her kindness moved me so much on just being a good person, I’m about to go download yelp app just so I can write another review on her…

I was just at this particular store and Kobe and Dev were beyond amazing with their willingness to help and with their execution. Kobe was able to get a business line removed and switched to a personal when this issue has been going unaddressed for almost a week (we were getting the run around for a week) and only took them 10 mins to resolve the issue. I appreciate their hard work and their efforts in terms on making customers happy. Great Dev and Kobe!!

ASK FOR JORDAN!! Great customer service! Extremely helpful! I went in to connect my Apple Watch to my phone to use the cellular when not with iPhone. I've been to so many AT&T no one was able to figure out what the issue was with connecting the two together. Was on so many calls back and fourth with tech support and they weren't even able to help me. She did an absolutely amazing job helping me connecting the two together! If you anybody goes to this location I would definitely recommend asking for Jordan!

The place to be for accessories and phones in MorenoValley. Jonathan and Adrain took good care of me. I recommend to stop by their nice and friendly location.

I was so pleased with the service I received from Aimee today. She went far and above in making sure I was taken care of, especially in solving a difficult problem. Not only did she do a great job assisting me, but I noticed how helpful she was to the customers before me. You are fortunate to have her.

Let me start off by saying that this is the first at&t I have been too and they associates are super nice and friendly. They acknowledged every single person that walked in and let everyone know they will be with them shortly. Chris was my salesperson and hands on the best one I have encountered. He was patient, kind, and understanding. He helped me trade in my phone and upgrade, separate my numbers , and set up all the iphones. He was so helpful and awesome! Thank you Chris! I will definitely be coming back to you.

Came into the store today for an upgrade and to add a line. Aimee was super friendly, helpful and took care of what I came in for. She provided me all the terms and conditions and offered various upgrades for me to think about. It was a painless experience and Aimee was very helpful!

I was completely elated with my interaction with James, the store manager at this location. What really blew me away was his extensive knowledge of AT&T 's products and services. He throughly answered all of my questions related to both Apple and Android phones and took the time to find the right fit for me. His personality and friendly demeanor really stood out during my visit. He had me cracking up the whole time while he set up my new phone.

If you want superior service with a smile, I highly recommend visiting this AT&T for all your wireless needs.

Delvin is so cool! He loves what he does and his willingness to help is encouraging. I went to pay my bill and he was so quick to offer me options on how to pay. He was friendly, detailed, empathetic and most of all knowledgeable. I spent less than five minutes in the store which is a rarity! Great job sir! Keep on keeping on.

James ALWAYS, does an excellent job with the details regarding new devices. He'll go out of his way to make sure you get what YOU WANT as a customer. Thanks again James, in fact I'm on on my way back to the store to transfer my contacts over to my S21 ULTRA. It was supposed to arrive some time early next week. Ordered it yesterday! Helped in timely manner. Any concerns the manager Jordan assists and keeps everything moving. Sent my mother in there to get on my phone plan and she's not a technology person. But didn't get pressured into more than she needed. People are friendly and help with even the most (what feels like) stupid questions to ask. Would def take the extra time to visit this store above the others in the area and im from redlands.

Aimee Knows was so helpful in my purchase of a new phone and adding a line for my daughter's first phone. We called ahead and she was ready for us when we got there. Super helpful. Absolutely awesome. Thank you!!

The gentleman who was there tonight was very helpful,his customer service was impeccable with him being able to hear me out of what I came in for I will be coming back to this store to be doing business with him again. I am thankful for him understand that I am autistic and I had ADD. He's very nice to me with letting me talk to get out the word so I did not loos my train of thought.

Greeted immediately upon arrival. Wait time to receive service is usually not more than up to ten minutes. Give Aimie an opportunity to assist you she knows how to get you what you want in a phone. Definitely a friendly environment to visit. I appreciated there was seating and something to watch though your stay will not be long it is quite pleasant.

Aimee at the at&t store on Iris helped me with my new purchase which is the IPhone11 & she was so positive & helpful to me & my sister. She has the best positive attitude & best customer service ever! Very very happy & pleased with my experience!
