Isaiah Morrison is very knowledgeable, but also very personable. He was courteous and patient, even when I had a million questions! Made great recommendations, too. Although I'm not in the market for new TV service, he took the time to show me what is available through DirectTV. A very pleasant experience, after what started as a not-so-pleasant day!

Ruth was amazing. She helped me back in October when I lost my phone and on January 29. She helped me reset my passwords and gave me a lot of options with the new phone. She was definitely great.

I went in to trade in my phone for a iPhone 15 Pro Max and it was a good experience. The prices for the case and screen protector were too much for me to add on but other than that it was good.

Shout out to Eric at Northwest frwy off Mangum. I hate hate hate going into att stores, so when I walked in, I was greeted by Eric right at the door. he handled my issue quickly, got me out in less than 15 minutes. kind, friendly and professional.. Thanks again Eric!!

The best customer service i’ve ever received, as soon as i entered the store Mario Q greeted me & asked what he could help me with. He was very kind and helpful. I was able to get my issue resolved and was out of the store in less than 20 min! If you go ask for Mario, sweetest gentleman ever!

Will and Maria were great. I had an issue with my pixel pro and thank goodness will is a pro with Google phones. My issue wasn't fixed, but he gave me direction on how to fix it with Google. He really went out of his ear to help me and I was thankful for that.

If you needed help either upgrading or buying a cellphone go see Alexis! I love Alexis! He knows what he’s doing. He’s a great guy to talk to, never a dull moment while waiting for the entire process to finish. Thank yoy AT&T and Alexis!❤

The service was very nice. The gentleman "Robert" helped me to order my phones with ease. He explained the order with so clearly He was professional and made me feel comfortable all through the ordering process. I have always gone here for my phone service and upgrades!

We went in with quite a few changes and upgrades and inquiries and she helped us from point A to B. She completely understood our needs and helped us in baby steps with so much patience and professionalism. She was thorough and conversive while we waited for her iPad to keep up! Looking through my App after we left, I saw she did not make any errors or mistakes. All of our requests were processed perfectly. I can only HOPE to work with Danaisy again. :)

I was pleased with the level of care I received in store. After being told via customer service by phone that they would not be able to assist me, I was directed to a storefront location. The location I went to welcomed me at the door with a smile (behind his mask). Walter gave excellent customer service! He was patient and explained everything which I greatly appreciated. He was courteous and kept a positive attitude. His customer service was awesome. Thank you for making out what started as a frustrating experience into a pleasant one.

I just got out of an aggressively bad relationship, and Walter was so understanding and funny. He made me feel so much better. Herbert the manager has excellent customer service skills and took care of my whole family! I will never go to another ATT store again, Walter also was extremely helpful and attentive to all my needs. Very patient and will take the time to teach you what you need about your new phone.
