I had great service purchasing my new iPhone! My sales person was very helpful and she really knew the product! She found me a new plan that will work better for me and my sons and answered all my questions about the new phone that I traded my iPhone 8 in on. I’m really glad I decided to go to that location!

I have been going to this store for over a month now just asking for advice on the new iPhone 13 and upgrading. The sales associate Kerrec is awesome. He gave me all the advice I needed to prepare for the newest phone. Phenomenal customer service. I will always come back to this AT&T. Best experience by far!

Let me tell you folks something. I have had my fair share of good customer service and bad customer service. But I’m here to tell you that Kerrec and Caleb at the Nolensville AT&T store are two of the greatest sales associates I have dealt with in years. These two gentlemen were very friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and as helpful as can be. I was here from out of town and came in to upgrade my wife phone and they were nothing short of assisting and helping me with everything I needed and I thank them very much. If there is some kind of bonus they can get for the exceptional service they gave me, they are more than deserving of it. Thanks again for all your help. You guys are awesome!!!!

Kerrec was super helpful and super patient while I upgraded my phone. It had been a long time since doing so and I had a lot of questions. He never made me feel rushed, was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I took advantage of the best available plans and discounts that met my needs.

Caleb and Kerrec were awesome!! They made me feel comfortable and took me through everything step by step. Caleb helped my family upgrade our plan and get better features! Now I get to binge Friends on HBO Max!!! I will definitely be going back next time I need a new phone.

Kerrec was simple awesome ! He and Caleb has tremendous amount of patience working with us. I went in yesterday hoping to upgrade my iPhone and thanks to Kerrec I was able to! He explored multiple options until he found the one that worked best for me and helped me get the phone I wanted and on top of that was very friendly and got me in and out of the store in less than an hour! So glad I chose to visit this store yesterday!

I have been here recently when AT&T stopped service on my mobile in relation to the 3G shutdown. I was assisted by Caleb Huff, who is the store manager there. He was really knowledgeable about what was happening with my mobile and explained the situation quite elaborately. It is really a good experience when someone with complete knowledge is assisting us. I was provided with the next steps of action and I followed the same and have my signal reactivated on my mobile. This was my best experience AT&T till date.

Caleb and Kerrec were amazing and so helpful today in resolving an on-going issue my fiancé and I have had with joining our accounts. We had been to a couple other AT&T stores around Nashville and spent many cumulative hours and still didn’t get anything accomplished.
Caleb figured out the issue (it was something that was never even mentioned by anyone at the other stores). He dug a little deeper and took the time to resolve the problem rather than just dismissing us and telling us we’d need to call customer service on our own like the other reps at previous stores did. I always dread having to go to a phone store since it’s always such a headache, but Caleb was the most helpful person we’ve ever dealt with. Will definitely stick to coming to him/this store in the future.

Daniel and his manager have been very helpful! He is always patient and this store is SO busy when you have limited staff. But they are awesome, efficient and take care of our needs in a concerning way! Happy to have switched to them from Comcast! Mobile & Wireless! Thanks Guys! Hope you add staff just as courteous as the employees there!

Daniel was literally THE BEST !! He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and just all around great . I was in the store for about 2 hours (he still helped other guest as well, handled it all very well) and got me situated! I definitely appreciate his service and his patience! He was even trying to help a mistake a previous employee made for my mom! If I had cash in my wallet I would have tipped this man(not sure if they could do that anyways lol) but whenever you go , ask for Daniel !!

I always dread going to get a new phone. However my experience this time was very pleasant. The young lady was extremely knowledgeable of all products and she research options that would be best for me. I left within 30 minutes with a new phone that she move everything from my old phone, sat up for me by organizing apps in addition to explaining and showing me all the new features that she felt like I would find useful. I greatly appreciate Lindsay at the Nolensville Rd store for all the help!

Was passing through and needed a car charger. The employees greeted me very quickly and pointed me to the accessory I needed. They were having a great promotion on wireless chargers so I grabbed one of them too! While in store they pulled my account and was able to save me money on my bill each month. Great experience for something so minuscule!

I have been an ATT customer for years. Without a doubt I just received the best customer service at the Nolensville, TN store. Kerrec helped me with new iPhones and updated service plans. Caleb was great, he walked me through upgrading to a new phone and did everything he could to save the most money on my plan. The store is in a great location, and I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes to talk to someone.
