Publix Super Market at Concord Village

I usually purchase the Publix brand lemonade and a few other things during my visits. Great staff. They are always helpful. I would recommend.

The perfect all-around grocery shopping experience! Fresh produce, seafood, and meat options. AMAZING bakery filled with specialty cakes, pies, breads, and chocolate covered fruits!! The best customer service in the industry. Always clean and pristine. Your favorite foods are always available. Now offer pickup. And one of the best features is the pharmacy... no fuss, perfect!

Always clean and organized. Service is also attentive. Shopping experience is definitely better than other grocery stores.

Facility is always very clean and stocked. Recently upgraded their freezer section as well. Deli is full service as well as bakery.

Store was clean and everything was fresh. We stopped in for some subs and sushi on our road trip. Customer service was friendly and everything we expect from a Publix.

Warm and friendly staff throughout the store who acknowledge and greet you. Cleanliness and bright lights are appealing to me. Multiple and various kinds of oil, vinegar, cheeses, butter, etc. The only drawback about Publix is that things are usually more pricey.

Publix is always the best. This particular store had Armenian String Cheese in stock, which was AWESOME! It's one of my favorite snacks, and I haven't seen it for sale in over a decade!

Best place to drop off recyclables such as plastic bags, styrofoam and paper. I don't usually go inside the store due to high prices!

Florida based Publix doesn't move much further north than the Nashville area. But I'm glad they are here.

The aisles of the store have typical grocery store offerings. But it's the perimeter of the store that has Publix above the rest. The bakery and deli are outstanding with their offerings.

(Best chicken tenders around.)

Service is normally excellent. I have noticed a slight decay in the past pandemic, but no worse than any other establishment trying to get its business back up to speed.

The general staff is welcoming and knowledgeable.

This location does not offer gas.

Truthfully I prefer to shop here over Kroger across the street. The entrances are difficult to get in and out of during rush hour. A problem for the city in which they have yet to fix. A clean and well staffed store.

My favorite Publix. The bakery team is always super kind and helpful. Pub subs here are made with care. Even my Bank in the store is helpful and kind always!!

Publix Subs are my Favorite. I really like the Italian, my kids love the meatball or the Fried Chicken sub. I didn't have to wait in line very long. Employee was nice, like most Publix employees

Jeanine(sp) in the Bakery was tremendously helpful in my quest to find the perfect cake for a special occasion. Great suggestions and lots of patience.

I get my meds at the pharmacy. Great prices.
